"I'll be back in a few days. I must leave now to continue my training."
This is all I message through a quick telepathy channel to the two 1st Class Lords who have just helped me tremendously.
The majority of my mind and body is concentrated on maintaining my Noble Vibration suppression, while the rest alters the Ether Commands around me to ensure that, while flying away from the Citadel at extremely fast speeds, I remain invisible like a ghost.
I take deep breaths while airstepping over the green clouds, letting Ellipsia disappear behind me, and allowing the pressure, ringing, and heat to build up inside my body.
For all the mental reinforcement over the last week in my mind, making me believe that I've become immune to physical pain, this sensation makes me rethink things.
It's like my body is being blown up from the inside like a balloon, but the outer edges cannot expand to relieve the pressure.
My purple barrier is useless, as it only holds back mana and pure divine energy-based phenomena.
My large pool of ether doesn't help much either.
While circulating it within my mind keeps the loud ringing and increasing pressure at bay from driving me mad, it doesn't do anything to alleviate the increasing buildup of Noble Vibrations multiplying inside my being, scratching at the walls of my soul and mind to be released.
My vision, and even ether senses, dull more and more the further away from the Citadel I travel, but I still have enough mental capacity left to remember the way back.
Though, over the last thirty minutes or so, as I descend down into the clouds, it is a bit of a blind dive.
I can't sense anything, and it feels like my entire body is on fire with liquid flames far hotter than a sun.
My fear and danger senses actually go off again, as it feels like I cross a point where I'm about to harm myself if I hold this power back much longer...
That is, until I dive deep into the sea of corruption. The moment I feel a lead blanket surround me, it actually makes suppressing my Vibrations slightly easier. Still, I wait almost a full minute, pushing myself downward into the thick sludge further before releasing the suppression technique a few hundred kilometers beneath the sea.
–
Seraphel continues to peacefully glide in circles overhead, as he has been doing, staring down at the grey sea that brings back old memories of its fall to the strongest Morevale Family General long ago.
Back then, there was nothing they could do but watch it fall. Countless soldiers who followed his orders died or became corrupted trying to fight back.
Very familiar cold vibrations come off the sea, like an echo of the past; though a new destructive force erupts from down below as well, making the Wyvern feel an intense warmth as a suppression technique is lifted deep beneath the murky liquid.
–
An immense chaotic and violent pressure from within me is released, paired with a satisfying rush knowing that I don't have to hold it back any longer, and the true increase in strength from my sword leveling up finally manifests itself as well.
I feel even stronger than I did after releasing my suppression after a lap around the Citadel following my first stage of training.
My senses finally return to me, and my mind feels clear again.
I can see everything in this grey sea as though it is a crystal-clear lake.
The massive towers and Citadel parts deep under the ocean that I was manipulating before all reconnect to my senses, and I even sense Seraphel flying high above the sea.
