How could she tell me who I can and cant be around. Im seventeen for crying out loud. I can have a girlfriend. Not that we are dating but thats what she thinks. Why would she ever accuse charlotte and I of lying so that we could have sex. I mean how little does she think of us. I cant deal with the crippling idea of not having charlotte around. No matter how much I like charlotte or how many fights we get in over this crappy situation I will never stop being a friend to her and I hope she never stops being a friend to me. I dont care what my mom said. I like to obey my parents but this is to far. Next thing you know they are going to take jasper away from me also. Charlottes my friend and nothings going to change that. I sat on my bed for hours thinking about this before I heard my window slide open. Charlotte steadily shook while she climbed through the window. Tears flooded her eyes and cheeks. Her cheeks were red probably from the cold air. She sounded like she was hyperventilating. She walked down the steps of my wooden shelf with the couch on top. She ran straight up to me and squeezed me tightly. "What's wrong? Are you ok? What happened?" I said frantically pulling her in tighter. She pulled away and sat on my bed wiping her tears off her cheeks. I quickly locked the door so my mom wouldnt walk in while she was here. "I--i -im sorry H-henry." She said stuttering a little. "About what?" I said confused. " About th-the way I--i treated you today at school and how I put my h-hand on your knee and about y-your ank-ankle. A-and I--im sorry about this whole mess and I didnt mean to g-get you in t-trouble at school to-today" she tried to say more before I stopped her. "Charlotte you gotta calm down. Your going to hurt yourself or pass out." I said putting my arm around her waist. "Its ok charlotte just breathe. Im not mad at you about anything. I just need you to breathe."I said trying to calm her down. We sat there snuggled together for about thirty seconds before she calmed down. "Henry I need to tell you something but you have to promise not to tell anyone." She said sniffling. "Ok i promise." I replyed. "Are you sure you can keep a secret?" she questioned. "Yes just tell me" I said anxious. "Ok well-this is not ok" piper screamed bursting through my door with my key in her hand and interrupting charlotte. "Piper where did you get that key?!?! It was in my room!!" I yelled at her trying to distract her from charlotte. She looked straight at charlotte and then back at me and said "you're gonna be in a lot of trouble when mom hears about this."
