Jeremy yawned quietly as he pulled off his covers and stretched. It still felt good to wake up and not be scared. Jeremy had enjoyed every day he spent with Mike, not matter the playful arguments or puns he went through. It was all worth it. The security guard had earned Jeremy's trust long ago, but sometimes Jeremy felt like Mike had done more than that. The brunette would sometimes question his motives for the tiny things he does. The guard felt almost like Mike could maybe, possibly, like him? Jeremy thought about it every now and again, but never believed it would be true.

Jeremy heard a small buzz, coming from his phone that just received a text. The teen moved over and grabbed his phone off of the bedside table. He flipped it open to see a new text from Mike.

Mike: hey jere, your shift starts soon. ill do this shift with ya so see ya there

Jeremy frowned, wishing that Mike would come home and get some rest. The teen hopped off the bed and into his closet, searching for his guard uniform. After digging around through his clothes, the teen found the outfit and placed it on his bed. Jeremy took his pajamas off and walked into the bathroom, taking his boxers off after getting a towel from the cabinet. The brunette twisted the knobs in the shower, turning the water on and making the air moister. Soon, water was running down the teen's pale back and his usually floofy hair hung almost down to his shoulders. The water soothed Jeremy's tense nerves and he just stood under the water for minutes, letting it ease the stress from the previous day. The animatronics were a lot more hostile than normal that night, running in and out of the office non-stop. Jeremy's nerves were all over the place that night.

Twenty minutes after getting in, Jeremy soon emerged out of the shower, his face flushed from the warm water. The amber-eyed teen dried himself off and even attempted to brush the floofy mess atop his head. To put it simply, the neighbors thought Mike had owned a very loud cat and not a young teen who was trying to brush a lion's mane. Soon Jeremy was into his work uniform and out the door, running to work so he wouldn't leave Mike by himself. On the way there the teen noticed a few ambulances passing by, sirens blaring throughout the neighborhood. As Jeremy walked, he wondered who could have possibly gotten hurt so badly.

------------

Once Mike hit send on his phone he stuffed it into his pants pocket, shutting down the animatronics shortly after. The sound of doors opening reached Mike's ears, but the guard brushed it off as he made his way to the office. Footsteps were soon heard and this caused Mike to turn around, coming face-to-face with a man with auburn and purple hair. The man covered Mike's mouth with his hand, the other going around Mike's neck. The game had begun and this man had a little bit of time to torture his victim before it became showtime. He spoke in a silk-like tone, making shivers run down Mike's spine. His mind was telling him to fight, getting this stranger away from his. This purple fuck seemed familiar to him somehow. One more puzzle piece was snapped into place in Mike's mind, realization who this man was made his body freeze. The man currently toying with him was the same man in the news papers. The Purple Man, the killer of five children. The man who was going to end his life.

"Oh it seems you have figured out who I am, judging from the way you stopped giving up a fight." Mike could only attempt to throw the man off him, but he felt a piece of metal digging into his skin presumably from his assailant. "Now then, how about I give you a formal introduction and then I'll make you an offer." The hands that had kept Mike trapped for the last few minutes let go of Mike's body, said guard turning around to punch that mad man in the face. The fist was grabbed mid strike, Mike's blood running cold. Seconds later, a leg struck the killer's abdomen due to Mike's reflexes kicking in. Literally. The purple stranger was thrown back, a trickle of blood coming out of his mouth. He simply straightened his posture, wiped the blood away and glared at Mike. "Well that was quiet rude and to think I was going to go easy on you and that little amber-eyed boy." Blue eyes widened and the owner of them completely stiffed. He wouldn't. "That's a good boy, now that you've shut up how about we get ready. After all, it's almost showtime." The security guard nodded, feeling that he should let this play out. "I am known as the Purple Man, although Victor is preferred." It was official now; Mike was in the same room as a psychopathic killer. Oh joy.

"What did you mean by 'playing a game'?" He merely grinned, placing his arms behind his back.

"Just a simple game, so we can pass the time until Fitzgerald gets here. No one will get hurt, that is if you behave." Mike growled, feeling as if he were a puppet in Victor's game. "Now then, let's start." Victor paced in a circle around the room, like a predator circling its prey waiting for the correct moment to strike. "So how is it going with Fitzgerald? You being too big of a wuss to ask him out and all." Mike snarled, feeling his face grow warm. "Oh that's right, you are afraid of hurting him like his dad did." It went silent for a bit, Victor disappearing and appearing seconds later right behind Mike. He whispered in the guard's ear, moving back after to refrain from getting punched. "You know what Fitzgerald's dad did to him, he deserved." Mike whipped around to face the psycho, a look of rage plastered on his face.

"What the fuck is wrong with you!" A sick grinned was the only expression Mike had ever seen on Victor and slowly it began to piss him off.

"Michael, Michael, Michael. You should know by now that everything happens for a reason. Just like your parents brutal demise." The security guard's fact turned into a look of pure shock.

"How...what are you talking about?" Victor circled Mike once again, sensing his victim was mentally breaking down. It was a simple, but amusing way to torture prey. Hit them where they are weak, watch them break down and slowly kill them. The purple killer grinned, a few more ideas coming to his mind.

"Oh just the fact they deserved to die, even if your pitiful mother is in the hospital it's safe to say she's probably dead by now. They never loved you anyway." Victor dug into his pocket, a small remote in it. It was used by Scott to notify him in case any animatronic spotted a criminal during the day, but ever since that albino fucker died, it came into Victor's possession. He pressed the small button, signaling a certain animatronic that a criminal was in the building. Soon it would come to the office and attack its target. Meanwhile, Victor decided to keep messing with Mike hoping to break the guard's sanity in time for Fitzgerald to see. Victor threw threats of hurting Jeremy at Mike, mentioning his parents know and again. Even go as far as to try and attack Mike, even though the guard was much stronger than him. Victor listened for the sound of heavy footsteps, but nothing came to his ear. Instead, it was a tiny, cracking voice that belonged to a small teenager.

"W-what is going o-on here?" When the teen looked down, he stopped to see his dear friend on the ground clutching his skull from the mental breakdown that was occurring. "M-mike!" Jeremy rushed over to Mike's side, falling on the floor in the process and landing by Mike's knees. "Mike are you O-OK!?" The security guard's normally icy blue eyes were now dark, almost pitch black. It terrified Jeremy, but the man hovering over the two was going to do something terrible to Mike if Jeremy left. He could feel it. A smooth, delighted sounding tone filled Jeremy's ears. Instinct made Jeremy look up, still on the ground due to his little trip.

"Ahh Fitzgerald is here~ Now the show can begin, we can't start the show without someone here to witness the main attraction after all!"
