"we need sloane, lila, christopher, me and viktor"

"oh great she's awake" grace walked in on the two to check on y/n after five used CPR on her just as her pulse was fading, her fancy clothes along with her design malfunctioning gave y/n the idea that this was definitely not the grace she grew up with, not even close.

"yeah uh-" five stood up and cleared his throat, his voice slightly shaky due to flashbacks drowning his thoughts "we need to go- come on y/n" the boy then helped y/n stand up and led both him and her to the others as they made their way downstairs, lila and diego along with sloane and the others greeted y/n, asking if she was okay now and trying not to bother anyone now, she nodded.

when they eventually get down to the basement, a bright orange floating orb greeted them "beautiful isn't it?" fei sarcastically complimented as everyone observed the orb.

lila scoffed as she stared into the kugelblitz "that's what took stanley.."
"along with a few other billion people" fei added. 
"and a lot more if we don't stop it" lucas commented with logic.
lila looked at the two siblings for a split second before saying "yeah who i don't know or care about" making fei scoff. 
"oh right so it's all about you" the crow lady teased.

five couldn't believe it but he suppose lucas is right, the kugelblitz will take anything and everything in it's way "all of us is relevant" he scolded the two "this thing is gonna take the whole damn universe"

y/n raised a brow as she held on to five's arm "what is it even made of?" she couldn't help but wonder.

sloane answered "micro blackholes collapsing at increasingly short intervals" i get it but don't at the same time.

"then why aren't we all getting sucked inside?" five raised a brow as well, moving his hand away from the girl's grasp and draping his arm on her lower back.

"honestly" sloane paused "we don't know.." she then turned to look at each member of the academy "you shouldn't exist her and neither should this" following her gaze, y/n looked around as well before realizing that viktor was nowhere to be found.

"an impossibility for and impossibility" five proclaimed "universe is a sucker for balance"

"oddly" lucas started, crossing his arms in front of his chest as he wore a light blue sweater that appeared almost grey "grace has been tracking the waves of the kugelblitz, the next one is in three hours"

"alright so what do we do?" diego questioned quickly as they all continued to stare at the orb while the staring is making y/n's head hurt.

"we trap it" lucas answered.

"dyson sphere?" five turned to sloane, noticing that she might be the only intelligent sparrow, book smart at least, she replied with a simple yeah causing him to pause for a moment, sighing before clicking his tongue "okay, confinement factor?"

and here we go.

the two smart asses started doing a Q&A about the kegelblitz that made y/n's head hurt as her head was already hazy from the lack of oxygen "should i be finding this hot?" lila joked to which both diego and luther practically screamed no "fine!" she then took a step closer to five and y/n and nudged the girl "bet you're finding this hot" the woman teased but y/n just gave a glare.

from the corner of the basement, allison turned to five "what do you think five?"

"could work" he thought for a moment "or we could all die horribly.." y/n felt his hand on her waist tighten at the last words that came from his mouth, for a second, they all fell silent, collecting their thoughts but all that was running inside five's head was that he had to take the shot, that's what he's done for the last two weeks or so, ever since he came back- ever since he was surviving the apocalypse alone, he have to save the world to keep his family safe because he might not bare the thought of loosing them again, loosing her again while the taste of his name was the final words that left her mouth "im in"

"you're not what we need" ben disregarded the boy causing y/n to raise a brow at.

"excuse you?" y/n said with anger.

"what he means is" lucas tried to break the tension between the two quickly before if could get worse "for this to work, we need sloane, lila, christopher, me and viktor" he told the girl softly to which y/n nodded to but as the last name was dropped, allison just stormed out and no one dared to stop her, not after what she did.

it will get much interesting from here on (hopefully) SO JUST THRUST THE PROCESS everything is already scripted in my head
