Missing in Action

Chapter 9

The girl was hit on the chest she stumbled backwards. And my stomach hurts thanks to the girl.

"Rei!" I heard Ren yelled and ran towards me. I looked at him.

"Are you alright?!" He asked.

"Yeah." I said.

"What in the hell's name happened to you?" He asked.

"Nothing." I said.

But my communicator rang so I answered it.

"Agent Rei We've searched that there is some girl that came from the Yamaha Agency. You're the one who is near there. Tell the place and I'll come there." Sir Kageito said.

"She's dead." I said.

"Eh?!" He gasped.

"I killed her." I said.

"Are you alright?" He asked.

"Kinda." I said.

"Eh! What happened?" He asked.

"That girl hit me on the stomach. No biggy." I said.

I heard him sighed. "Just don't in the hell's name sneak out! Rui is worrying." He said and ended.

"What now?" Asked Ren.

"I guess I need to go now." I said and stood up.

"Are you gonna be alright?" He asked.

"Yeah. Thanks. Lets see again next time." I said.

"Yeah." He smiled. And waved goodbye and left.

I walked towards to the base. With my bloody hands. I hate when I'm injured. And I don't give a damn thing about it.

I continued to walk but I don't want to go home yet. I changed my mind. I'm going to the park. But on my way there I felt my body is being heavy and my vision is blurry. Until I collapse beside a tree.

RUI'S POV

Its night now and Rei isn't coming back yet. I started to worry again. I decided to call him but no response. Damn! Rei he's always like this!

I decided to go to Kageito and asked him if he can call him on the communicator. He tried multiple times but he didn't answer.

I tried to call Ren but he said he went home and didn't know where he is.

??? POV

I was walking in the park but when I saw a figure lying on the ground unconsicous. I walked nearer to him and I recognize him. He was Rei Kagene.

I decided to help him and bring him on my house to treat him but I saw he has blood on his shirt. But when I carried him on my back. Damn! He was heavy.

I walked since our house is nearer in the park. I reach my house minutes later and yelled at my brother.

"Dammit! Ren help me here!" I yelled. He ran downstairs and gasped.

"Lin where you saw him?!" He asked and I put him on the couch.

"I saw him on the park unconcsious." I said.

"Rui was finding him. I'm gonna call her." He said.

"But first I need a wet towel and a bandage he's injured in the stomach. And call Rui when Rei woke up." I said.

"Alright." He said and walked away. I looked at him he has a dwarf-like communicator or headset or whatever on his ear and beside on his pants there was a pocket he has a gun. Why did he have a gun. I get it and good timing Ren arrived with the supplies I needed.

"Ren why did he have a gun?" I asked.

"He's an agent." Ren said. I gasped. I began to unbotton his shirt and he has a bloody bandage around his stomach.

"I don't know what happened but it look pretty hurt." I said. I began to remove the bandage but I saw a long bloody scar around his stomach.

"Yep it looks pretty hurt." Ren said. I get the towel and wet it and pressed it to remove some of the water. When I put it on his stomach he whinced in pain.

"I'm gonna cook what do you want?" Ren asked.

"Curry? Chicken? Or rice omelet?" I suggested.

"Then curry." He said and left without a word.

I wiped the blood and he whinced in pain. So that's why he and Rui disappeared. They become agents. I thought they died. I bandaged his stomach and go to the bathroom to washed the towel and my hands. I go back to the living room and I heard his phone is ringing and Rui was the caller. I answered it.

"Hello." I said.

"Rei thank goodness you answered!" Rui said.

"No Rui I'm not Rei. I'm Lin." I said.

"Eh?! Lin? Where is Rei?" Rui asked.

"He is in my house unconcsious." I replied.

"Eh! What happened?!" She asked.

"I don't know what happened to him but I saw him on the park unconcious and he has a wound on his stomach." I said.

"I'm coming." She said.

"No need. He's in our care. Don't worry." I said.

"Thanks." She said and ended the call. I placed his phone beside his gun but which caught my attention he groaned and woke up.

"Rei?"

His eyes opened. "Lin?"
