Hello all! Hope you've had a great week since my last note! Sorry it's not a chapter, but I think you'll appreciate the reason.
It's official! I have re-watched all of T:TS to remind myself of all the events, canon storylines, and characters! Yippee!
It's also official, that I've been re-reading through this story to remind myself of things (and subsequently catch typos from 5 years ago...) so that I can continue, and that's when I decided this.
I'm going to rewrite this story.
Now now, hold on a sec, I don't mean like scrap it and start over. I mean generally rewrite to IMPROVE it! After reading through a lot of the older stuff, I can definitely tell that I wrote this at 17 years old, and I can tell I definitely didn't really edit it beforehand. And SINCE I've gotten myself back into the fandom a bit, at least enough to complete this story, I've decided to simultaneously rewrite this as a "new" story, and complete this one.
Basically, I'm going to try and finish up what I had originally here, or I might just completely stop it for a hot sec while I rewrite what's already been established, so I can get a clear understanding of my storyline and plot to complete it correctly.
So I guess you're getting the Stardrop: Remastered Edition! I'm not gonna actually call it that...maybe. I might actually, it's kinda funny.
But yeah, I've decided that with all the craziness in my life at the moment and my returning to this fandom just enough to complete something, that this is my move!
As for if I'll publish the Remastered Edition as it's own story, or simply go back to the old chapters and edit them, I'm not sure yet. It really comes down to how it looks when I do rewrite it, as I intend to do so in a google doc so i can read it all continuously. But yeah!
So I guess, be on the lookout for that?
