Life is Getting us!

-Prince's P.O.V.-

We all were at lunch..Everybody had the same lunch period..I didn't see Star though.Her and Nae had almost the same classes..We sat down at our table.I could see tension between Kaka and Ray.All I can do is shake my head at them

"Soooo nae how does it feel to be a junior?We run all over yall!" 

"how does it feel to be a senior again my nigga?"She shot back at him..she was sitting in Roc's lap eating some French fries.If she could marry them she would. 

"man forget you midget!" 

"I aint no midget"she flicked him off.. 

"roc why you taking senior classes I thought you was in the 11th?"kaka finally spoke up 

"Nope I skipped.." 

"u aint smart skip your ass back there with your boo!..Prince why you so quiet?" 

"where Star?"Everybody shrugged..I texted her back she didn't text back.. 

"Maybe she in the office..Dessi how you don't know how to keep up your own sister?"Kaka asked her 

"cause she act grown so treat her grown that's your thug anyway.Naw whats up with you and Ray?" Dessi said the wrong thing. Kaka and Ray eyed each other and said something slick

the bell rung and we went to class..

After school I went straight hom elooking for Star aint see her after school or nothing..I think I was the only one worried.. I rushed home to see my momma still at work and my stepdad sitting on the couch getting high...I ran upstairs to Star's room..She was sleep..i woke her up 

"Why you left school?" 

"my head was hurting.." 

"You okay?" 

she nodded and went back to sleep..I went to my room to put my stuff down only to see I had a text from Prod saying he wanted to spend time with me..i smiled and went out the door..Prince went in and upstairs..Star was lying I knew she just was

-Kaka's P.O.V.-

I was at the park waiting on my "boyfriend" ray..I was sitting on the swing when I saw Issa 

"Whats up kaka?" 

"Nothing waiting on my boyfriend..What you doing here?I wouldn't expect to see you in this neighborhood.." 

"Just here with my little cousins they stay out here.."he pointed to a girl and a boy 

"oh.."ray walked up.I guess they knew each they did a handshake and Issa walked away to the kids and some girl..ray grabbed my hand and we started to walk  

"So whats up with you?" 

I sighed "a lot...my momma going to the army soon, my daddy wanna come back and make everything right like he aint never did nothing..My cousin your hoe now and could be carrying your baby..Im on probation..Its a lot ray..Youre the main reason though..your hoes at my head.." 

We sat down at a table..he reached over and grabbed my hand"baby I swear Jayla don't mean nothing..I be stressed out and I didn't wanna put it all on you and I know you got a lot going on.." 

"Ray that's what im here for! Did I or did I not tell you when we made it official as best friends in middle school that I will always be here for you and by your side..Imma ride for you and everything..When you asked me out I told you I would be your ride or die chick no matter what..I would never turn on you!WHats so hard about that? I told you I would never cross you or turn on you..No matter what Im doing I will always find time for you..I love you soo much..I promise I will always be here for you..I know all them other hoes don't mean nothing to you but still im your girlfriend and I wanna be your only one..you need to drop them..cause you just pushing me away little by little and soon somebody gone come and steal my eye and you gone feel exactly how I be feeling..Replaced.."He didn't say nothing he just looked down.."Ray I feel like you hiding something from me.." 

He sighed " I am.." 

I tried not to get mad "Okay speak.." 

"First I got a baby..She like 6 months..i sell drugs, my momma in the hospital from cancer..its all to much to handle.Now jayla saying she pregnant I didn't even want the first one.." 

He had a tear rolling down his face..i didn't know whether to be mad sad angry frustrated or upset..all my emotions were running crazy..I went to his side and pulled him into a hug he started crying harder..I started crying I hate when he cried I didn't know what to say I just held him.."Baby why didn't you tell me about your momma and her cancer "I swear I would have been there for you the first day.." 

He shrugged and looked at me "I don't know..you got to much going on" 

"No I don't..your problems is way more important than mines..The drugs?Ray me and you both seel them..the baby..its okay I kinda saw it coming..I swear I aint gone never turn you down..What I am gone do is make sure you be there for that baby! and I will do anything for you to make sure your momma is beating cancer..I love that lady like crazy.She actually helped us..when my momma was struggling to pay bills she helped us now its time for us to help yall.."I rubbed his back "We can get through this together..and jayla she may be my cousin but she a hoe so it could be anybody's baby"he laughed a little..he pulled me into a hug and gave me a kiss 

"I love you." 

I smiled "I love you too."

Me and Ray spent the rest of the afternoon together when I got home it was quiet.. 

"Mommmmmaaa!!" 

"SHHH!!"she was siting on the couch holding our baby sister angel..she's 7 months..i ran and took her out of her arms 

"when she got here?" 

"After yall left for school..Your grandma and granddaddy upstairs.." 

"what made them come down?" 

She shrugged..man I missed this lil girl..she look just like her momma 

"ma you know ray's momma got cancer" 

she gasped"no..what kind?" 

"he didn't say but I guess she had it for a while.." 

She nodded "Your clients came by today.."...DAMN!!! "your ass is mine tomorrow im going to bed!" 

DAMN!Where was Kevin bitch ass..he always M.I.A ..i stayed up all night with Angel..I played and talked to her she smiled like she knew what I was talking about..We fell sleep on the couch
