Chapter 4

Jay

After school and practice Carlos and I headed back to the girls dorm. Carlos sat on the floor on his computer, Evie with her sewing machine and Mal sitting on her bed reading into her spell book.

"So Jay guess who we meet yesterday" Evie said directly to me.

"Who?" Carlos asked right before I was gonna say that.

"Princess Aryana from Agrabah, your little enemy." Evie said with a evilish tone.

Little enemy? Oh don't tell me she's the daughter of Aladdin and Jasmine. I whined on my inside, I was really starting to have a crush on her ever since yesterday that we hanged out but that was honestly our first date.

"Yeah. And hey maybe she brought the genie thingy with her." Carlos said.

"You mean The Magic Lamp, genius" I corrected him.

"Sure whatever." He said back.

"What if you sneak into her room at night or when she's not there and get it.!" Mal said as she stopped reading and looked up to me.

"Good plan!" Evie said agreeing with her.

"Mal will focus on getting the Wand and Jay the magic lamp" Carlos said with the everything said correctly, directly at Mal and I.

"Easy Pezy" Mal said.

I nodded in 'yes' as we heard a knock at the door. Mal got up and walked over to the door, she opened it and it was just Ben.

I zoned out thinking about my plan on getting the magic lamp. I then snapped back and saw Mal had closed the door on Ben and turned back to us.

"I think Benny Boo got himself a new girlfriend" She said with an evil smirk on her face.

Then Carlos tossed the spell book to Mal. Evie evilly excited about the plan. I just weakly smiled.

We were in the schools kitchen. Mal was making a love spell in the form of a cookie.

"Oh no we the spell needs a human tear of true sadness so it can be completed" Mal explained to us.

Suddenly we heard the door opened and Mal hid the recipe with a napkin and same with Evie hiding the book. It was Lonnie who interrupted us.

"Hey there you guys are" she said as she looked towards us and the table. She explained how she was looking for Mal.

I hope she doesn't notice what were up to.

"Oh your making cookies" she said as she dipped her finger in the dough. We tried to stop her but it was too late she already tasted it.

Oh no.

"Do you feel anything? Is it missing anything-?" Mal asked.

Lonnie had paused. I made my way up to her flirt to see if the spell worked.

"Hey there " I said in a flirty tone.

She just looked at me and walked away. "It needs some chocolate chips" she said taking out a small boy with chocolate chips. She came back towards Mal's bowl and grabbed a handful of the chips and sprinkled them all over the dough.

"Haven't you guys ever made cookies before?" She asked but we all stood silently.

"Didn't your mom ever make you cookies?" she asked again but you can tell her face went soft after she read the looks on our faces.

My mother or father never made me anything like that. I realized that I didn't know what love actually was or is, I never felt loved before.

"I thought. Even villains love there kids." She looked at us, she can tell by the expression on our faces. "Oh" She said as we saw a tear roll down from her cheek and we all came back to our senses as Mal snatches the tear and adds it in the cookie dough.

"Alright, thank you" Mal said as she was leading Lonnie towards the door and she said her byes.

"Boys.. Evie oven" and got back to work.

I went up to Mal, explaining how im starting to like it here but she snapped me back out of it. I went by the glass railing where all the girls were at looking up at me, I told them about the game as I looked back up only to see Aryana sitting at one of the picnic tables by her self reading, Every time I see her I go all soft for some reason. It feels weird. I kinda felt bad that she lost her necklace yesterday maybe I'll go back and find it for her after the game.

Mal finally convinced Ben to take her cookie and its seems like its taking affect on him.

"How do you feel bro" I asked evilly.

We could tell it was kicking in, "well lets go!" I said to Ben and Carlos, It was game day.

Aryana

Everyone was at the tourney game today. I joined Evie, Mal, And Lonnie. We sat up all the way at the top of the bleachers to get a better view of the boys. I for some reason kept an eye at Jay, oh boy feels like I'm starting to crush on him. I snapped back out of my thoughts and began to watch the game as everyone kept cheering and owing, I would too.

The guys were really heading for a win as they scored the last goal because of Jay. He looked over at my direction first as he smiled, I couldn't help but give one back as I clapped. The crowd went wild as the all went onto the field as a small part if the crows picked up Jay as he was named MVP. He looked up at our direction then made his way to me. He cheered.

"Yeah!" I shouted and kept clapping along with the crowd.

I later on I was in my doing some of my homework as I heard a knock at my door. It's probably just Lonnie, I got up to go open it.

Once I opened it, it was Jay. I placed a strand of hair behind my ear as he smiled.

"Hey Aryana" he said smiling.

"Oh look its the superstar" I said smiling. He did the same.

"Yeah" he said as softly smiled. "Oh I found something that belongs to you" he said as he looked down and reached into his pants pocket. He pulled out the object revealing my Elephant necklace the one I lost at the lake. I jumped in joy as he handed it to me.

"Omg! How did you find it!? Thank you so much Jay!" I said as I jumped in excitement and went in to hug Jay not realizing that I just hugged him.

"Well I had to swim in order to get it" he said through.

As the excitement was over I had realized that I just hugged Jay. Still on his hold I looked at him as he did too. Our faces had went soft as we slowly went in for a kiss.

Then we pulled away, I felt the butterflies kicked in. You can tell he was blushing and I giggled.

"Your welcome" He said with a soft smile, I just couldn't help but smile back.

"I'll see you tomorrow at The parent thing" He said.

I nodded 'Okay'. I was still speechless as he began to walk away and I closed the door.
