Harry use to take french classes and understands the language.
Harry and Louis meet each other in the apartment building Harry lives in.
Harry helps Louis move his things in and maybe just maybe he starts to develop some feeling for the beautiful boy.

Louis doesn't understand English or speak it so him and Harry will communicate in french but I'll translate it in English so you know what they're saying.

Throughout the story Louis will begin to learn English, he'll first understand it little by little, then learn how to speak phrases and then sentences. Harry of course helps him.
