I'm depressed

Diagnosed by many doctor with

Clinical(major) anxiety and depression 

I was diagnosed 3 years ago...

And I guess the fact didn't help my dad understand that I couldn't go inside loud or packed places due to the anxiaty, he yelled at me multiple times while I was having a anxiaty attack.

I've been crying constantly for the past two days.

Anything and everything makes me break down, as I write each word I sob again.
