it turned out
that other than
playing guitar and composing,
you're really good at skateboarding,
too.
not that i would tell you
and have you smirking at me
again.
but
i loved the way you skateboarded
like you were free from all the cares
and you've got the world in your hands.
the last time i skateboarded
all i got was bruises
here and there.
because of you
i sort of made it my routine
to water the plants on the balcony
every one p.m.
though of course it wasn't the plants
i was really concerned about.
i think
i really need to find something better
to do with my life.
something better than stalking you,
somehow i think there's
none.
