Nicest thing

Nicest thing I've had done for me all day:

my guy friend Charlie standing up for me against Angie (I bet and hope you know who she is by now) today in class when she stared at me once again, waiting for my never coming riposte. Here's what happened in a simple format short story.

'I felt her eyes bore into my back as I sat looking in the opposite direction of her, smiling and ignoring her as best I could. I had told my first block class earlier of the bullying and troubles she'd been giving me in this class, so this wasn't unexpected for her to do it once again. Ill just let it happen, not give her the reaction she wants from me. Just gotta make it through this last block...

"What're you staring at?!" A voice demanding across from me, making me jump slightly as I focused my attention on Charlie, who in turns scrutiny was directed only at Angie. I smiled, remembering how he has first block with me and had obviously heard my story. It feels nice knowing that I still had friends to be there for me, and care for me, but not in a boyfriend girlfriend way.

All she did was walk away.

As Charlie slowly turned back to me, I decided to tell him what she was doing, even though he already knew. "She was trying to annoy me is all, she wanted a reaction." I explained, trying not to get him too involved in what I was having to go through.

My response was a nod of his head, accompanied by the words "I know." I decided to thank him, but before I could, he turned slightly so he could be able to gaze at Angie as well as me. "She's a bitch anyways." was all he stated, glancing back at me with a smile.'

So yeah, decided to dedicate that to the great friend who might've just saved a bit of my ass with only one remark. I can't thank him enough, but I can thank you guys. So, thank you so much for being here for me, and thanks for everything else too. You guys mean so much to me, and thank you all for helping me through my hardships, whether it have been directly or indirectly. Especially my friends marythememe, NixDataDemon, and the gorgeous, perfect, and outright incredible its-just-a-ride-. Love you all, thanks again. <3

(I was going to post this on my message board but I couldn't, it exceeded character link, so have it here. Also, sorry for no drawings, I've mostly been doing only vents lately in all honesty.)
(Also, the video is the song Afraid by The Neighborhood. It, Perdón by Camila, Putting the Dog to Sleep by The Antlers, and Youth by Daughter are the only songs I've been listening to for a few days.)
