Jay was in town when Sunny arrived and he went with Jin to pick her up at the airport. He remained in the car, while Jin waited outside of arrivals. Sunny enthusiastically yelled hello and gave Jin a bear hug. They got her luggage and put it in Jay's SUV.

"Dude!! It's so good to see you! Thanks for putting me up at your place too," Sunny said giving him a hug, from inside the SUV.

"No sweat!" Jay replied, as he pulled away from the curb. "I'm so busy these days, I'm glad you came early to hang with Jin."

"We've got to do some dancing too... how's your back Jin?"

"I'm fine now, no worries. But I don't do any planking moves, just to be extra cautious. But my elbow flares are perfect." Jin flexed her biceps.

"Nice arms! You almost look like Jay!" Sunny teased them both. "I'm so hungry! Can we stop somewhere on the way?"

Jay replied, "Jin made some of her best stuff for you. She'd kill me if I stopped and so would the boys. Everyone's coming over for your 'welcome back' dinner."

"Seriously? I feel like a celebrity!"

They talked about Mike and the crew, for the rest of the ride back to Jay's place. Sunny filled them in on all the Seattle gossip and news. The girls continued talking, while Jay got Sunny's luggage out of the car. As expected, she loved the puppies and spent the next ten minutes playing with PJ and Oscar. Then Jay caught up with her, while Jin went to get the food ready. Jehan, Loco, Gray and Simon D showed up first. They all said hello to Sunny, but Simon D was a gentleman and went to help Jin set the table. Next came DJ Pumpkin, DJ Wegun, Elo and Ugly Duck, whom all welcomed Sunny. And finally Crush, Hep and ChaCha. When everyone was there, the table was ready, the drinks were served and they all sat down.

"I normally wouldn't care about saying grace, as Jay and the guys know, but because you're here Sunny, I would like to. I want to thank God for keeping us all safe, bringing us together and for continually showing me that family isn't just with your blood. Amen... Now let's eat!" Jin said with enthusiasm.

Jay kissed Jin's cheek and then everyone clinked their drinks in cheers. After that the only words were praise for Jin's cooking skills, delight in the flavours and requests to pass this or that. Jin was so happy and it radiated off her in waves. She hugged Sunny and Jay, before giving them some of the best pieces of meat from the tabletop bbq. As everyone became full, talking became louder.

"I do have a new desert I made, if anyone is interested just raise your hand." Jin started laughing, when everyones hands went into the air. "Alright, there's plenty. But first we need to clear the table."

Everyone did their part to clean up, while Jehan helped Jin in the kitchen with the desert. Jay and Sunny also helped put the desert dishes in front of everyone's place. Once everyone had a dish, they sat down.

"I got to try this the other day, right Jin?" Simon asked.

"Yup, it's the same one. Simon liked it enough, so tell me what you think Jehan." Jin waited, watching Jay's brother's face for approval.

"This is great Jin, as usual. What do you guys all think, should we add this to Cafe Dudart?" Jehan asked.

When no one answered, Jin's smile fell. Until Sunny answered, "Jin this is fantastic. Everyone's mind is blown and just can't stop eating it, that's why they aren't talking."

"Awe thanks Sunny!"

Elo spoke next, "it's really good, but your abalone porridge is still the best of all the things you make Jin. Even my mom and grandmother think so."
