Our performance was nearly flawless. We hit everything. Hoping it was enough to boost us to the top. We had to wait an hour until awards, so we got candy, popcorn, pretzel, and drinks. Just having fun.
"Can all Medium Sr All-girl level 5 A, Small Sr All-girl B, and Large Sr All-girl C come behind the stage for awards"
We start walking down and meet our team. We prayed and did our team chant. We went first all teams lines in 3 rows.
"10th place is..."
"9th place goes to..."
"8th place is..."
7th, 6th
We moved up a spot
"5th place goes to, Woodlands Elite Lady Ops!"
"4th goes to Top Gun Lady Jags!"
"Now for our Top 3,in 3rd place Cali Allstars Aces!"
*clapping*
"Can we have our coaches met and shake hands"
They do as told as peach an my team get up and and get in a circle and hold hands.
"In 2nd place, from Arlington, Texas Spirt of texas A-team!"
We clap disappointed in our selfs for not getting first, while peach is trying to not scream.
--on the car ride home--
I have my face glued to my phone and all I see is people congratulating peach for First place. I sad to know we were .02 away from peach.
--at the house--
I head up to the shower that takes me an hour. My hair doesn't untease very easy, but who's does? I get out and look in the mirror. I have mascara running down my face from the shower. I put on a pair of black nike pros, a black sports bra, and an oversized sweatshirt.
--Next morning--
I wake up at 7 o'clock and get ready. I'm wearing a black tank top under my blue never stop dreaming sweatshirt (from worlds 2016), black skinny jeans, grey uggs and beanie, black bow earrings and my worlds rings. I go through school normally, head home and do my homework. I finish at 6:00. Since mom is not home I grab Julie and we head to Chick-fil-A.
