Don't stop being yourself,
Because this world will eat you alive if you let it.
It will give you more reasons to cry than smile if you let it,
So until you meet your spouse,
Let happiness be a party at your house,
And don't ever be afraid to open your mouth.
Whether it's to stop the bleeding,
Stop the cheating,
Or stopping some guy that thinks the way to your heart is through your blouse,
It's time you start laying some foundations.
And I'm not talking about that face of yours,
I'm talking about that grown ass man that you've got living in that place yours,
Im talking about your girlfriends that treat you like an ATM.
Or your guy friends that don't think you're the catch because you're so busy chasing them,
Imagine if you put as much effort into your career,
As you do into your outfit, your eyebrows and your hair.
When your back account's on fleek,
you'll be less worried about who's got a check or who's wants to check for you,
Because nothing says "UNBOTHERED" like an extra check or two.
