Stormie. "Hey." She greeted me as she put a bag next to my bed. I smiled and held out my arms for her. She gladly accepted and came into them. "How have you been?" She sniffed. I comforted her. "It's okay. I'm fine. I'm going to be okay." I reassured her. Weird how I am actually saying these words. "I'm fighting for it. Fighting for all of you." I say. She nodded. "Your strong. You held on for months. Don't give up now." She said. I nodded. "Wouldn't dream of it." I say. She hugged me tighter but not to the point she hurt me.
"Can you please get him to sleep?" I asked her."I've tried so hard. He won't budge."She said looking at him trying to read the newspaper articles. I chuckled. "Only you can. I brought you over food and water. Drink your fluids and make sure you don't do that too much." She said. I thanked her as kissed my forehead. I waved as she brought the bag in front of me. "Hide the cookies from Ross. Make sure he eats well. Bye sweetie." She waved walking out the room. I looked his way and motioned him over.
"I'm worried. Please come get well." I patted next to me. He pulled the hedphones off and walked over to me. "I'm worried qbout you actually. Are you fine?" He asked. "Yeah. I'm fine. Perfect even." I smiled. "Are you lying to me?" He asked sitting down. "I have no reason to." I say wrapping my arms around him. "You know this is not fair right?" He asked. I rolled my eyes. "What's not fair is you not taking care of yourself. What if I get better and you die on me huh? Did you think about that?" I asked him.
