Please don't make the mistake of starving yourself, eat healthy. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. 3 meals a day. Only three snacks a day and if it's something like chips get one handful. No more or less. I'm eyeing every single one ya. Starving yourself will not work for many reasons such as. Your body will starve so it will slow down your metabolism. Then when you finally eat something it just kinda stores it. You will have to work twice as harder than before.
