CHAPTER 16

VICTORIA’S  P.O.V

Danielle stared at me but I was only looking around me. There was only one thing I was making sure that there wasn’t in here. Cameras. There wasn’t one so I felt safe but not as much since Danielle was still glaring at me.

“What do you want?” I asked her.

She first looked around to make sure there was no one in sight but there was nobody, and then she looked back at me. She took a few steps towards me and I backed away a little. I didn't want her trying anything on me.

She got out something from her coat, and I held in a gasp. It was my missing/wanted poster. I didn’t understand how she even got it or why she was showing it to me? How could she recognize me in that picture? I was in so much trouble.

“What is that?” I asked, stupidly.

“Don’t play stupid, I can recognize those ugly blond roots anywhere,” She said to me.

I was going to jail. “You can’t prove it.”

“Maybe I can’t, but once I tell the boys and explain it to them. They’ll see that every piece fits perfectly. The gun wound, the way you didn’t want them to call for help. You were too scared they would come for you, weren’t you? They’ll see right through you after they realize that.” Danielle said.

I suddenly had the urge to slap that bitch right across the face but I held it.

Why was I even starting to cry? Did I actually believe every word she was saying to me? The answer is, Hell yeah! “They won’t believe you; they’ll let me explain myself.”

“And what are you going to say, I’m a criminal but I just wanted to know what love feels like so I bailed out,” She imitated a girly voice. That time, I actually slapped her across the face, the way my father use to do it to me. Nobody makes fun of me like that.

She took a few seconds to process everythign happening than flashed out a vicious stare and quickly grabbed me, shoving me against the wall, just next to the door. She was stronger than she looked, “Listen, you little bitch, I don’t think it’d be such a good idea for you to stay around the boys anymore. You’re only trouble.” She looked at me in disgust.

“You can’t tell them anything if I leave!” I shouted in her face.

“Are you admitting—”

“Never, just promise me, you won’t tell them a word about all of this.” I couldn’t believe I was almost pleading. Was I this desperate? Well, of course. They were my family, my one and only.

“You leave, I keep my mouth shut. You stay, well let’s just say things are going to get a lot uglier than that dress you’re wearing,” Danielle said, taking a few steps back.

I followed her and when she turned around, I did a whole turn to come up and face her. I simply let the fact that she insulted me go and tried to think, I couldn’t go anywhere else. Literally.

“I’ll leave,” I said, without hesitation.

She smiled evilly at me and I hated the way she was looking at me right now.

HARRYS’  P.O.V

When I got the drinks, I could briefly see someone that looked like Victoria heading out the back. She was being guided by what looked like Danielle. I suddenly snapped out of it. Everybody knew that they hated each other, well except for Liam. He’s just clueless.
