the new beginning/ last chapter

9 months later........

Reg POV

lola sits in the rocking chair next to her newborn child's crib and stares while the innocent infant sleeps.

"my precious creation god gave me " she whispered while rubbing his short curly hair

"he sure is,"

lola gasps and turns suprised at michael's sudden entrance "michael dont do that you almost made me wake him up." "she whispered yelled

"baby, prince will be fine. you worry too much relax" he said while rubbing lola's shoulders

she sighs and turns back to prince and stares at his sleeping form again

"michael, what if i say i wont be a good mom for prince?" she asks

"then ill say , have you lost your mind?!" he twirled her towards him so he could face her

"you are a great mother. we have makenzie who is going to turn 6 soon and she has turned out to be the most sweetest child anyone has layed eyes on"

"thank you michael"

"youre my wife ill support you no matter what, i promise" 

"mommy,daddy?"makenzie softly asks while walking in

"yes what is it?" michael asked makenzie

"someone is at the door for you" she said to michael then walked to lola and prince

"alright, i guess i go see who it is then" he sighs and walks out of the nursery to the front door

makenzie looks at prince and smiles "mommy can i hold him?"

lola was happy to hear and see that makenzie isnt acting negative about having a baby brother

"when he wakes i promise you can hold him k?"

"okay. can we go to the park?" makenzie then asks

"i would love to take you but i have to watch your brother"

"its ok." she smiled at me warmly and skipped out the room . and surprisingly michael walks in

"who was down stairs?" she questioned

"debbie" he said to calmly

"why say it  like that? i know who debbie is."

"i know but i just dont want to have problems when i tell you this"

"what?"

"debbie is having issues with her husband and she was wondering if she could come and stay with us for a few days, she isnt going to try anything to sabotage us, she justs wants to come and get her mind cleared and her attitude strait"

" you really thought i was going to have a problem? michael ive changed ever since we had prince im not that same jealous hormonic person who always had a problem with what you do or choose, i agree with your decision on anything you choose that would help others or this family"

"i think im going to love this new side of you" he said pulling me towards him forehead to forehead 

"really?" i asked looking into his sweet passionate chocolate eyes that holds love in them "yes, more than ever" he closes the space between our mouths with his lips to mine. loving the feeling of his lips but he pulled away just before things could get to intimate

"i think its time for us to take prince and makenzie to the park" as if on cue prince awakes with a sneeze and stares at us curiously

"ready to get changed little one?" i asked while gently picking up his little form into my arms and carried him to the changing table

we all came home smiling and prince being sleepy again

"makenzie do you want icecream or popcicle?" michael asks her 

"popcicle!!!!" she replies jumping and full of energy all i could do was giggle at my two royal beings. michael heard me giggling at turned to ask me the exact question "i want a popcicle please" i say pollitely to my husband 

a twinkle in his eye lets me know that he is really loving his life now and im proud to say im grateful

one minute later he comes back with three popcicles and a bottle with formulated milk trust me i am not breast feeding again that stuff hurts! 

"lola you should go put prince back to bed he looks tired" i smirk at him hile holding our son in my arms walked to prince's room right after i took his bottle from michael

when things settled down with prince i walked back to the living room with makenzie and michael. "hey guys prince is asleep and monitors are set on, so what do you two want to do?" i asked calmly   

at the same time they both said "watch a movie" oi they are twins! .

we watched all the cinderella series that the movie had while ending up eating all the popcorn in the bowl the fourth time. we laughed at a few scenes and singed along to some of the songs.

this is a true family....... my family. i have a feelling things will get better soon, i know they will. i just hope it stays like this forever.......but, things will change, but then when?
