Two updates in one day!

Enjoy!

______

"This is so stupid!" you couldn't help but scream, grabbing a stone and throwing it harshly at the nearest tree, watching as it shattered into two. Just like your heart when you found out Pan wasn't going to let you leave the Island.

"Ohhh," you growled, sitting cross-legged on the floor. "I hate him so much!"

"Aren't you a sweet little girl?" the familiar taunting voice spoke with amusement and another emotion you couldn't identify.

"Can't you just let me go?!" you screeched, sending Pan a venomous look. If looks could kill, Pan would be lying dead on the floor. "For God's Sakes, Pan; what did I ever do to you?"

He looked momentarily surprised, a flicker of emotion on his usually passive or smug face. "I-uh, well Y/N -"

You didn't let him finish. "No!" you cried, wiping furiously at your eyes. "There is absolutely no excuse for how you treat me."

"I'm sorry!" he suddenly roared, grabbing at his brown locks. His eyes watered and they looked everywhere but yours. "I'm sorry, but I can't let you leave."

Pan's outburst had startled you, but you were not going to accept a 'sorry' just yet. "Why not, huh? Why the hell not?"

"Because I love you, you idiot!" was Pan's furious reply. He looked anything but in love, until his face softened when he saw how frightened you were. "I'm sorry for shouting, and not letting you go. But can't you see that I love you?"

"No." you were straightforward and didn't lie; there was no point. "Pan, I don't know how I feel towards you quite yet. And considering everything that's just happened, I think even you can understand that I need some time. Please, just give me a couple of hours."

He didn't argue. He just calmly left, seeming to be muttering to himself as he disappeared out of your sight.

Good. Now you had some thinking time alone.

______

PAN'S POV (YAY)

God, I thought. That was a little blunt, no wonder Y/N needs time to think!

"Felix!" I shouted the minute I stepped foot in camp. "Y/N's on the beach. Go watch her, but don't let her know you're there."

"Sure." Felix nodded. I was pretty sure he knew how I felt about Y/N, but he's never said anything. All of the other boys were oblivious to what was going on, but Felix. . .Felix had that observant personality.

"Thanks." I muttered, quiet but just loud enough for Felix to hear. He nodded and promptly left, grabbing his cloak and weapon.

"Where is Y/N?" one of the younger boys asked, tugging on my top. I looked down at him, surprised; none of the boys had ever approached me so boldly unless it was important.

Y/N was important to them too?

I glanced behind the young boy, looking at the others. This boy must've drawn the short straw or something; he looked almost out of his mind with terror. Before I knew it, I had called all the Lost Boys on camp around me, sitting on a log.

"Hey," I slowly said. "I'm sorry. You know, for how I've treated you lot. You may not know this, but I love Y/N. And I just know that a few things need to change around here for her to even contemplate sticking around; my attitude towards her and you lot, for a start."

"We love Y/N too." the boys chanted, grinning up at me. This was the happiest I had seen them in a long time. . .

"There are different types of love." I tried to explain. "There is the girlfriend-boyfriend type of love, which is what I feel for Y/N. There is the friends type of love too."

"Is Y/N our friend?" one of them asked, looking up at me with huge eyes.

"No." I said after a short pause. "She's your family, and we need to get her to stay. Any ideas on how? Don't be shy; we need as many ideas as possible!"

I'll do a part two to this at some point I think
