riddler x abused! reader pt 2

A week had gone by and you where at court as a witness in your dad's trial. You got the verdict you wanted, Guilty, you breathed a sigh of relief but that ment you would have to go into a foster home, you didn't want that so when you got home you packed a rucksack and ran before social services came.

You had ran into the park, it was dark and cold, you sat down on a bench by the pond and looked around. You saw the blood stain from where your dad had kicked you just for saying hello, you hated him and your mother as well, when she tried to hold your hand you pulled it away and when she tried to hug you, you pushed her away.

Tears ran down your cold cheeks, unknown to you there was someone watching you. As you where crying something was threw over your shoulders, you looked down, it was a green hoodie with a black question mark on the left side.

'I thought you could use it' a voice said as you looked around

The guy that had saved you stood behind you, his dark hair was tied up, he sat next to you. He was lightly shivering.

'Your the riddler' you said

'Yes I am, your clever (y/n)' he replied 'did the question mark give it away'

You tried not to giggle but a small one escaped, he smiled at the fact he managed to do that.

'Hey (y/n) I bet you can't guess what my name is' the riddler said as you shrugged 'it's Edward Nigma'

His name was the last straw, you burst out laughing, and the riddler ended up laughing as well. For the first time in five years you felt actually happy to have a friend that had a strange name, since it was really cold the riddler took you back to his apartment.

Inside was loads of puzzles and computer stuff. The riddler lead you to the kitchen and made you a cup of hot chocolate before leaving to change his clothes. He came back wearing black sweat pants and a Gray T-shirt.

He looked so different and you kinda liked him like that, you both started talking, and you found out that he has a similar childhood to you.

'Wow this is crazy' You said as Eddie looked at you

'What do you mean (y/n)' he asked

'Eddie I mean it's crazy that we have had the same type of upbringing and you became a scientist and I want to become a social worker for abused kids' You told him.

Even though you where smiling tears where falling from your eyes, Eddie leaned over the table and wiped them away, Before he kissed your cheek.

'You don't need to worry' he said softly 'You have the heart and courage to help those kids'

You smiled as Eddie kissed you on the lips, he licked your bottom lip asking for entry, you granted it without hesitation. Both your tongues battled for dominance but you let him win, you only broke apart for a few seconds, then he kissed you again.

Eddie scooped you up into his arms before taking you to his room, he laid you down on his double bed and he descending upon your neck. You suddenly realize that this was going to be the night of your life.
