Sherlock: He has you pulled close to him. Your head is presses against his chest and his cheek rests on top of your head.

John: You sleep with your head pressed in the crook of his neck and he holds you as close as he can so he can protect you from any harm.

Lestrade: You wrap your leg around his and rest your head on his shoulder. His head starts out resting against your's, but usually when you wake up, it's gone to the other side.

Moriarty: You sleep with your back to him and he snakes his arm around your waist and rests his forehead against the back of your neck.
