Sherlock: He can deduce what's the matter in seconds, but when he can't is when he's worried. He'll badger you to the point of you two having a fight and one of you storming out. The one of you who leaves is always back in at least twenty minutes, though, so you can apologize and forgive.
John: When he worries, he'll ask you what's wrong. You'll usually tell him and then he can stop worrying.
Lestrade: He asks you to tell him and then he'll make you dinner and give you a massage. You'll end up spooning in bed after that.
Moriarty: He has the source of what's making him worry about you killed.
