They start to sing. Their voices become a melodious lullaby.
Everything was blurry. He couldn't see or feel anything. Exhaustion seeped into his bones but he trudged onward.
'I have to get to her. She'll be all alone if I don't.'
Everything faded slowly and soon all he could see was a comfortable void of white.
