The Experiment

Chapter 10

We finally finished breakfast. Everyone was silent after Andrea left. I couldn't help but go into their minds. It felt wrong invading their privacy but i just had to know what they were thinking.

Breezy:  glad she is gone. I doubt she will be able to do anything to us. We have Roxie, she doesn't know it yet but she is our missing puzzle piece to our group. She is the strongest out of all of us. 

Lily: Where will Andrea go? I mean i won't miss her at all she was a real butthead to me and the others. She deserved to go, I'm just glad we have Roxie. 

Carley: Wow Andrea is finally out the door. Hopefully for good this time. Her ass should have left a long time ago. She caused problems to everyone, even Roxie and she hasn't been here long. Poor girl she has to share a bedroom with my brother. How awful that must be, unless she likes him. They would make a cute couple. I should stop smiling i might look creepy. I feel safe with Roxie here with us, She somehow completes us.

Bolton: Roxie...My princess. I like the sound of that, My Princess. She is so beautiful and  yet so strong. The way she stood up to Andrea, i can't get over it. No one had the guts or balls in my case to say anything to her. I remember when Breezy tried. That didn't go so well, obviously since she was still here when Roxie came. 

My Princess, yeah i agree with him. I wish he knew how i felt about him. I'm just scared to tell him, even though he feels the same about me. And the kiss this morning, that was amazing. 

After a while we all finished up our breakfast. "Hey Roxie want to go train?" I looked at Bolt and smiled. I gave him a nod and we both stood up and took care of our plates. We walked to the sancuary again and walked in. 

"So where you want to go this time?" I thought about it and grabbed his hand. I transported us to the pond where we were this morning. 

"Here should be good." I gave him a smile and he just chuckled.

"I don't think i can get used to that.  What do you want to start on first?" I gave it a thought and decided i needed to work on picking stuff up.

"How about we work on picking stuff up?" 

"Actually i have something else for you to try. Try to create a force field around you. Just picture an indestructible bubble around you that no one can get in or get out." 

I closed my eyes and pictured a bubble around myself. I opened my eyes to see a purple force field around me. I smiled and laughed and so did Bolt. After a few minuets i pictured the force field popping. It popped just like a bubble would. 

"Alright now that is impressive. The next thing is to try and make a blast energy out of your hand. Do the same thing as you did with the force field, picture it with your mind. 

I tried to do as he said but instead of picturing the energy i had to feel the energy. I had to feel the energy build up in my hand and when i pictured a trigger of a gun being pulled it shot out of my hand. I saw a blast of purple go past Bolt and he had his eyes wide.

"I have never seen anything like your powers. Well i mean i have just not this strong or in the color of purple. Normally the energy is clear and you really can't see it. It's amazing!" I just smiled and through some more energy around. After awhile i stopped feeling a bit drained. "You know Roxie, you have incredible strength. Anyone with your powers would have been on the ground sleeping right about now. They wouldn't be able to have the stamina to keep blasting at things like you just did." 

"I am feeling a little tired though. But it feels like i can keep going still. is there anything else i should try?" Bolton gave me a smirk.

"Well there is one more thing we could try today. I want you to try to take over my mind and make me do something. it can be anything you want me to do. Just don't mess up my memories. " he gave me a smirk and stood there ready for me to take control over his body.

I pushed through and once i was inside of his brain i somehow took over him.

              Bolton i want you to nod if you can hear me.

 He nodded.

                good. 

I pictured him going over to the pond and jumping in. I replayed the picture over in his head and he went and did just that. I then pictured him walking out of the pond and just standing still a few feet away from me. He looked hot with his jet black hair all wet and his shirt clung to his abs so you can see the outline of them. 

Once we was standing still i pictured him kissing me. He came over pushed my hair out of my face and leaned in and he kissed me. He pulled away and i pulled out of his head. I looked down since my face was the color of a tomato. 

"Did you have to make me jump in the pond? i tried stopping myself but nothing worked."

"Yeah i did, I just couldn't resist." I looked up into his ocean blue eyes. They were so beautiful, they had some kind of sparkle to them, or more like flashes of lighting. 

"I didn't mind the second thing you made me do.  i would like to do that again." he gave a smirk and tilted his head to the side.

I just smiled a full smile, rolled my eyes, and went up on my tip toes and kissed him. My lips met his and at first he was shocked but them he finally kissed me back. The kiss was sweet at first. Then it got more passionate. He licked the bottom of my lip asking for entrance and i gladly accepted. He deepened the kiss and after a while we both had to pull away for air. 

Our foreheads were touching and both of us were looking at each other in the eyes.

He was the first to speak."You have such beautiful eyes. There like the sky, so limitless." 

I smiled and gave him a quick kiss and smiled. "Bolt i really like you. Like you more than a friend."

"I never thought you would feel the same." i  already knew that he felt the same but he didn't know we had the same feelings for each other. "The day that i escaped and saw you i knew i had to have you.  I just had to come back and save you, just like i did and i am so glad i went back."

"Thank You Thunder. I would still be in there getting god knows what injected into me."

"You are very welcome Princess." Bolt grabbed my hand and led me under the weeping willow and we both laid down. He put his arm around my head like a pillow and i curled up to him. We sat there for a while until the sun went down in the sanctuary.

It was a perfect ending to an amazing day.
