castiel also knew that it was dean's birthday.

he wanted to give him a gift.

he went to the store with money sam lent him.

"that would be $1.25 sir." the male cashier said.

castiel then grabbed a $5 and handed it to the cashier. "you can keep it."

"uh, thanks?" the guy awkwardly said. "so you buying it for someone?"

"yes, it's my friends birthday." castiel instantly replied.

"oh, how old is your friend?" the cashier asked in a friendly manner.

"37." castiel instantly replied.

"um, ok?" the cashier awkwardly chuckled handing over the slinky.

castiel walked away with a smile knowing the guy was weirded out.

castiel didn't care because,

he was going to be a Froot Loop in a world full of cheerios.
