The first thing you hear when you wake up is the sound of chirping birds mixing with the lull of cars bustling by the window of your flat. It's a peaceful moment of nothing but serenity and quiet relaxation.
The second thing you notice is your boyfriend's arm laying over your torso as a sleepy protection. You giggle at the light snores escaping his chapped lips. His blonde hair is ruffled from sleep and you run a hand through it gently, careful not to wake him.
You check the alarm clock on your bedside, noticing that it was going to ring in roughly ten minutes. You decide that it might be better to just leave the bed now, seeing that there was nothing else for you to do. Just as you're trying to push away the covers, the arm around your waist tightens a little, holding you in place.
Draco opens on eye, giving you a small smile, "Sorry, darling, but you're stuck with me."
You sigh at your goof of a boyfriend, "Draco, I have a meeting today at the Ministry. It would be nice to be out of bed a little early."
He snorts sleepily, "Fuck the Ministry. They can't keep you away from me."
"Have you forgotten that you work for them too, love?" You laugh at his thoughtful expression.
He scrunched his nose and mumbled, "Whatever."
Thinking that the conversation was over, you try to push his arm away. Draco only pulls you closer, eyes still closed.
"Five more minutes? Please?"
You sigh, checking the clock again, "Okay fine you sleepyhead."
