Texas never, ever, ever sleeps because of hate between him and other states, and the threat of war, so the bags under his eyes at one point got so heavy that they dragged his eyes down too. Now he has impaired vision, and it can NEVER be fixed. Glasses only blur the vision more. Contact lenses push his eyeballs back. It is because of Alaska that Texas will never see again.
