So when the doctor left Akihito and Ryuichi alone they just stared at each other before Akihito broke the silence 

"Hey  Ryu what are we going to do about this?" Akihito asked

What I meant is what are going to do with the baby I want to keep it Akihito started to cry but he continued but I don't know if you would want to keep it because of your line of work and mine it would mean we would be putting the child in danger

Akihito finally calmed down and just in time to the doctor suddenly walked in with ultrasound equipment and started saying "That we have to make sure the baby is fine,"and started setting up while he did that he continued saying "That you could also find out the gender of the baby," after saying that he asked Akihito's to lift his shirt up so he could put the gel on his stomach 

The gel was cold when the doctor put it on Akihito's stomach so it made a shiver go down his spine then the doctor was rubbing the gel around

"Your babies are healthy, it looks like u r having 2 baby's",said the doctor when he finished speaking Akihito gasped and just stared at the monitor where it shows the twins  

All Akihito did was stare at the screen in awe and saying in his mind that he is keep them safe he looks at Ryu to see his reaction and the look he saw almost made him passed out from shock

So after the shock the doctor said they can leave when the nurse came in to give a paper on what Akihito can do and not do and that the babies will be born the natural way in 4 months time because male pregnancy is shorter than a females 

So after a little bit of time to progress this and the nurse came in to give them the paper's and waited for the doctor to leave 

When they left the hospital Ryuichi was taking Akihito out to eat to celebrate the news and they haven't eaten since yesterday's lunch and that is not good for the babies so they went out to eat Italian

 When they were done eating they got into the limo and on the way home when Ryu decided to pull Akihito onto his lap with Akihito straddling him and started to kiss his neck then made his way up to his lips and devoured them

Once Ryu closed the door he walked to his office and found Kirishima and Suoh standing in front of his desk talking quietly but stopped when they noticed he came in and asked "if anything was wrong" as soon as Ryu sat down

He said "no" and told them to make sure all of Akihito's stuff from his apartment is moved to here. Kirishima and Suoh said "yes Asami-sama"

When they were about to leave and follow out there orders Ryu told them to hold on that there was something else "I need you to put extra guards on Akihito and to make sure not to stress him out to much that is all for now" both bowed and said "yes Asami-sama"

When they both left Ryu stood up and left the office and went back to the master bedroom to stir Akihito awake so we can finish what was started in the limo. He walked into the bedroom and didn't see Akihito there but he heard the shower running

So he took off his clothes and walked into the bathroom and saw Akihito under the shower head with his eyes closed so Ryu quietly opened the shower door and snuck up behind Akihito and wrapped his arms around his waist 

Akihito jumped when he felt arms go around him and turned around and leaned into Ryu and put his head in the in the crock of his neck. He then started to kiss up and down Ryu's neck and slowly started to grind against him

While they were busy in a country away one mafia boss was planning to come Japan and visit someone and also work out a business deal that would beneficial for the both of them
