So it was Me, Colt, Kylie, and Rufus. Together. We were on our way to save Mia. But one problem. We have no idea where the hell they've taken her too.
"So you know where we're going right?" Asked Kylie.
"Ummm...." I said wondering where we were going myself.
"Nope." Colt replied cutting me off before I could make up a lie to comfort her.
"Well great. Now what?" She said. She stopped and transformed out of wolf form. As well did Colt and I.
"I guess I can ask the robot on this cellular device thingy." I said holding out a device that lets me call people and send messages. I pressed the big button down and the robot began to speak.
*What can I help with?*
"Umm can you locate a laboratory that makes humans into super people?" I asked very amazed and in awe.
*Do you mean the Landsons Laboratory?*
That sounds quite familiar. I believe that's what the sign said outside of the building me, Colt, Mia, and Nikky escaped from. I wasn't trying to read a sign while my life was on the line people.
"I believe that's it. How far away is that from us robot?" I asked the phone again. I'm willing to go any distance to get her back.*1,275 miles away from your current location. Landsons Laboratory is located in Albany, New York.*Oh great. Just our luck. We live in Texas. And we have to go to New York? Well I did say ANY distance right?
"Holy crap...that's far. Can our bodies even stand that far of a run?" Asked Colt looking very nervous.
"Yea I don't want to die on my way there!" Yelled Kylie.
"Okay okay! We'll figure something out. But for now it looks like we're gonna have to use our feet. I mean 'paws' " I said making a joke out of it.
"My batteries are gonna run out by the time we get to the next state." Barked Rufus.
"Well you'll just have to charge them." I replied petting him on the head.
After that, myself, Colt, and Kylie transformed back into a wolf and began to run. Rufus tried his best to keep up. He did a good job keeping up with us I'll have to admit.
~3 hours later~
"Hey um Alex...." Said Colt very zombie like.
"Yea?"
"I'm soooo hungry. Do you think we could stop and get something?" He barked.
"No time. MIA COULD BE DYING AND YOU WANT TO EAT?!" I practically snapped.
"Hey calm down Alex! We all want to save Mia but we have to make sure that we take care of ourselves too. If we don't eat, drink, or sleep, how do you expect us to get to Mia ALIVE?!" Kylie said. She did have a point I guess...
"Fine. Sorry. I just don't want anything to happen to her. So what kind of food are you guys up for?" I mumbled.
"How about...Chinese?" Asked Colt rubbing his stomach and started to drool.
"Yea that sounds good to me." Said Kylie.
"Fine, Chinese it is..." I replied.
~After Food~
"Alright you guys ready?" I asked. I have to admit, Chinese food is pretty good on an empty stomach.
"Yea I feel pumped!" Yelled Colt throwing his fist in the air and using his other hand to hold his full stomach.
"I want to punch someone in the face!" Yelled Kylie.
"Talk about perfect timing..." Growled Colt. He was transforming.I turned around and saw why. There were 4 mutants. And only 3 of us.
"I'LL TAKE ON THE TWO! KYLIE, ALEX, GET ON THE OTHER TWO!" Yelled Colt as he lunged at the biggest one.
As for me I transformed and sunk my razor sharp teeth into their neck and shook him around until he stopped flinching. Then I went to help Kylie. She was fighting the other one. I came from behind and donkey kicked the mutant in the back. He fell forward right into Kylie's jaws. She instantly bit down and snapped his neck with a pop. But to be sure he was dead, I took one of my claws and ran it across his "broken" neck. Afterwards I ran towards Colt and the two he was fighting. Colt had managed to get one on the ground but the big mutant was whooping his butt. So Kylie and me ran up from behind the mutant and hit him. I donkey kicked him in the ribs. I felt a crack. Kylie sunk her teeth into his arm and started shaking frantically. He was down. While Kylie and me were trying to keep him down, Colt came and took his claws and sliced the mutants torso(chest). We all got up and looked. at we had just accomplished.
"I didn't know you had it in you Alex." Said Colt smiling.
"Thanks..." I blushed. " Kylie you did a wonderful job as well.
"Thanks but I think we should get going now huh?" She asked.
"Yea. That would be the smart thing to do." I said already running.
" Wait for me!" Yelled Colt when he was dashing after me.
"Me too!" Yelled Kylie also racing after me.Don't worry Mia, were on our way....we're on our way...
