I know the advice I'm about to give you sounds cheesy, but it is true. You may not think so, but it is. The only way to get a boy to like you in boyfriend/girlfriend way is to be yourself. "But you already tried that! That's so cliche! It's so cheesy!" No, it's true. One day, a guy is going to see you, talk to you and realize he loves you. Truthfully, if you pretend to be someone you aren't, you will be miserable in the relationship. You shouldn't change yourself just to get with a guy. So, if a guy doesn't have a crush on you, you aren't his type and you should move on to a better guy who will love you for you and who you don't have to hide yourself from.
