Normal POV

Kaoru and Mori stood there in shock. Hikaru just killed someone. He just stabbed him in the heart. While those two were busy being wonderstruck, Hikaru ran over to the bleeding body of (Y/N). Hikaru was crying. Not in pain, but because of the pain that (Y/N) was in. How was he supposed to help her?? He turned to Kaoru and Mori and yelled. "Don't just stand there dammit! She'd dying! Call Kyoya!!" Mori grunted in response and took out his phone and left to call Kyoya. Kaoru ran over to the seemingly lifeless body of (Y/N). He kneeled on the ground next to his brother and cried right along with him.

Your POV

Pain. That's all you could feel right now. You didn't have the strength to move or even open your eyes. You knew you were a goner. Your blood supply was running out quickly. If only Hikaru and Kaoru were there, then you could tell them how you feel about them before you die. The thought of never seeing their joyous expressions again made you want to cry. So you did. You let tears escape your closed lids, hoping that you could catch the attention of the twins before you were gone forever. You then mustered up all the strength in your body and whispered loudly enough for someone close by to hopefully hear, "I love you, Hikaru and Kaoru.." Your conscience was fading now. You knew this was the end. Your own tears kept flowing, but another set or two started dripping on your face. Them. they were there. they were with you. This knowledge brought happiness to your heart. then you heard. "We love you too.." You smiled subconsciously. You were ready to die. And so, you did.

Your POV

You were ready to die. But then the desperate voices of your beloved twins came into your mind again. "We love you so much (Y/N). We can't live without you. Please, don't leave us. Don't, please! Don't be like..... her. Please hang in there a little bit longer. Kyoya is coming with help. Please (Y/N), we love you too much to lose you." Their words hung in your head. 'They need me?' you thought to yourself. It was then you knew you needed to fight your mind and stay alive. With more energy mustered, you slowly fluttered your eyes open. You looked up to meet the watery eyed twins looking down at you.

Normal POV

While Hikaru and Kaoru tried to keep (Y/N) alive, Mori had gone and found Kyoya (because his phone was dead) and they barged in, followed by a team of doctors and surgeons. The doctors couldn't lift (Y/N) up, for fear of more blood loss. So, the doctors had to perform surgery and a blood transfusion right there in music room 1. All the others, minus Kyoya who was supervising, had to stand outside the doors to the music room, until they were given the ok to come in.

They were all standing outside the doors to Music room 1. Then little Honey piped up. "Hey, where's Tamaki?" Everyone looked around them and realized that the bubbly blonde was not with them. "Hey, I can take Mori-sempai and Honey-sempai upstairs to find him if you two would like" Haruhi said sweetly. The twins turned to her and shook their heads. "Yeah, thanks Haruhi." And then they were alone again.

After what seemed like hours, but was really only 5 minutes later, the doors to the music room busted open. Hikaru and Kaoru dashed forward towards the doctors and Kyoya. As the doctors were filing out, the twins made it to Kyoya and asked him the only question on their minds. "IS SHE OK!?!?!?" Kyoya cringed at there tone and then spoke.

"(Y/N) is fine now. She did lose a lot of blood though. She had a large portion of the tissue on her stomach torn, like it was being cut off. We found no penetration of the vaginal cavity. She has a broken tibia and shoulder blade, also a shattered foot and knee. She should heal up within a year. Although, she may never be the same again. she will need someone to monitor her from now until she is healed. Can I trust you boys with that task?" Kyoya stood there, emotionless as always. The twins looked at each other and nodded to Kyoya. "Yes, you can trust us. Now can we see her?" they asked some what impatiently. Kyoya shook his head and moved to the side. There, in the center of the room, now on a gurney, lied (Y/N).

The twins walked up to her carefully, like if they moved to fast, she would break. Going on each side of her, they looked down at her. Her (H/L) (H/L) was flowing in shimmering locks around her head, like a halo. Her (S/C) was practically glowing in the now warm rising sun through the windows. Her breathing was even and steady, making her look even more peaceful. Her eyes were closed, hiding her beautiful (E/C) gems from the world. She was beautiful. They couldn't help but stare at her still figure. Then, her eyes fluttered open, and her eyes shined as bright as the sun. She turned her head to the left then to the right.

"Hikaru, Kaoru... hey."
