Yusei Fudo x Reader

Hey guys sorry again for not updating school is killing me. Anyway I haven't done any oneshots for 5ds so today that changes. Also I've decided what I'm going to do with the book there's another short a/n at the end. Hope you enjoy the oneshot.

Your POV
It's been 2 years since I last saw him back in the Satellite. I've improved my dueling a lot since then, I even learned how to work a duel runner. Right now I'm in New Domino city testing the adjustments my friend,Terra, made to my runner. I actually left Satellite without telling anyone and each day my guilt grows. Somehow I manage to shake it off at times,but it always comes back anyway.

I took a turn down an alley and stopped. I took off my helmet and saw a little,cream color building in front of me. I got off my runner as the door of the garage-like building opened revealing a young girl about 18. She had short,brown hair tied into a sideways ponytail along with forest green eyes. She wore a white t-shirt with brown shorts along with a green and brown jacket ,black combat boots and goggles on her head."Hello (y/n) how was the test run?" Terra asked me with a smile on her face. I smiled back at her and said,"It runs smoother now,thanks Terra,"I said as we both walked in the small building.

"That reminds me someone came looking for you earlier,"said Terra as she poured (f/d) into a cup and handed it to me. "Really? Who was it?" I asked taking a sip of my drink. "Don't know. All I know is that he's tall and has black hair with some yellow in it. He had a yellow mark on his face so I'm guessing he's from the Satellite like you (n/n),"she said. I spit out the drink I had in my mouth. "Woah did I hit a nerve or something?" She said walking over to me. "No it's not that. The person you described sounds a lot like an old friend of mine,"I said. She nodded in understanding. We talked a bit more until I went to sleep. However one thought remained in my head. Was Yusei looking for me?

Yusei's POV

I was riding my duel runner looking for my friend (y/n). I went to Satellite first but everyone said she just left without saying anything. Everyone is worried something might have happened to her especially Martha since she's like a mother to (y/n). I still can't believe she would just leave like that.

Yesterday I was able to get some information on where she is. People have been talking about a street duelist that looks like (y/n). I asked them where I could find her and they said to look for a girl named Terra. I found this Terra girl and it turns out she's one of (y/n)'s friends. Terra told me she wasn't there at the moment and she would be back late. So I thanked her and left.As I was roaming the streets I saw a mob of people looking at something. I got off my runner and walked towards the crowd.

Your POV

"Now would be a good time to end this! I tune level 5 Butterfly princess with level 2 Butterfly Mask in order to synchro summon level 7 Butterfly-Masked Warrior!" I yelled as my new monster appeared. Everything is coming together just like I planed it. "Now I'm activating her special ability. By removing one monster from my graveyard from play, Butterfly-Masked Warrior gains that monster's attack and defense points. The monster I'm choosing is my Butterfly Princess,so my warrior gains an additional 2900 attack points and 3000 defense points. To top it all off my warrior will attack your monster. Butterfly-Masked Warrior attack with Butterfly Soul Slash!"I yelled. My warrior's blade started to glow a light blue color as she ended the duel.

"Good match dude,"I said shaking my opponent's hand. He shook my hand and walked away. I looked at the crowd and spotted the one person I didn't want to run into.

I saw Yusei standing in the front of the crowd looking at me. I didn't know what to do so my brain thought for me and I ran to my duel runner. I started my duel runner and quickly left off.

Yusei's POV

I ran to my runner and chased after (y/n). 'Why would she run away from me?' I thought as I got closer to her until we were neck to neck. I quickly got in front of her and cut her off. She quickly stopped and took her helmet off. "I guess I have a lot of explaining to do huh,"she said looking downward.

We went to a small park so she could explain everything. When we got there we sat under a tree at the top of a hill."So why did you leave?" I asked. She looked at me and then looked up to the sky. "I guess it was to find who I'm supposed to be or maybe to get stronger? In all honesty I'm not sure," she said. "Everyone was upset that you didn't say anything before you left," I said looking at her. "I'm sure they are especially Martha. I just didn't really know how to tell them without them trying to stop me." She replied.

"Why would they try to stop you (y/n)?" I asked. She sighed and looked at me. "Yusei you know better than anyone that ever since we were kids everyone saw me as weak. I would always get in trouble,and someone would alway have to help me. Imagine how they would have reacted had I actually told them," she said. "Do you really think that?" I asked. She nodded her head and started hugging her knees.

Your POV

"I didn't want to be a burden to anyone anymore. I guess that's probably the main reason I left without saying anything." I said resting my chin on my knees. "You're not a burden everyone cares about you a lot (y/n). That's why we always helped you," he said placing a his hand on my shoulder. I started blushing a bit due to him touching me. I've always had a crush on him. So when I came to New Domino City, I wanted to make sure he didn't find me because I thought he would have gotten mad at me. I guess I was wrong.

"Are you okay (y/n) you're crying?" He asked. I put a hand on my check and felt a few tears. I didn't even notice I was crying. "Y-yeah I'm alright just some thoughts going through my mind," I said. "I was worried about you when they told me you left," he said looking into my (e/c) eyes. "Really?" "Yeah I thought something might have happened to you," "Oh so you think I can't take care of myself?" "I didn't say that you're just jumping to conclusions,"he said.

Yusei grabbed one of my hands and intertwined our fingers. "I'm not sure if this is the best time to tell you, but the reason I was worried is because I love you a lot. When they told me you just left without saying anything, I was willing to look all over New Domino until I found you," he said.'He actually loves me back!?' I thought as looked into his eyes. A smile danced across my face. "I love you to Yusei," I said as I put my head on his shoulder.

🎀Extended Ending🎀

Yusei had taken me to see Jack and Crow before I went back to the Satellite to apologize to everyone. Crow almost crushed my ribs by hugging me that day. It was good to see those two again after so long. Me and Yusei went back to the Satellite after that. Me and Martha were almost crying. Being the mother she is to me she gave me good scolding and told me not to do that ever again. It was good to see everyone again after so long. All is well that ends well.

I hope you guys liked it and again sorry for not updating sooner. Anyway I've decided to make this an Anime Oneshot book. However only some for right now because I don't know a lot of anime series. The ones that I'll start off with are Hetalia, Blue Exorcist, Fariy Tail, Vampire Knight,Black Butler and maybe some others on. So requests are open for any of these anime series to welcome the new book.
