One night

Tyler's POV

I watched as she walked out of the room and the chef followed her out, I quietly sat back down in my seat smiling. Jeff, my best friend looked at me and smiled and said

"well look at you, good for you man I'm happy for you"

"Thanks man"

Jeff's wife Amy said

"she's so beautiful Tyler! I'm so happy for you"

We couldn't say too much because the humans where listening, they wouldn't understand that she's my mate and we're all werewolves at this table just visiting the small town.

My friends continued to talk but I just sat and waited for my beautiful mate to return. But after hours of waiting the restaurant was closing and she did not return. I sighed as my friends and I got up and left the restaurant after paying.

I told my friends that I was going to wait for my mate and they all nodded and they went back to the hotel that we where staying at for the night. I went to the back and I saw her coming out of the back entrance of the restaurant. I smiled and walked towards her.

She must have heard me coming because she turned around and when she saw me she stopped walking and she smiled. I smiled back and said

"how's your arm?"

She looked down at her arm and said

"good, a little red but nothing severe"

I nodded and I stopped very close in front of her. She took a deep breath in and I could hear her heartbeat increase. I leaned down and whispered

Katy's POV
