Chapter 14- A Shopping Trip and an Old Friend

I wake up with a face full of Eisuke. I giggle as his black cotton top is my view of the morning and smile at the familiarity of it all. I snuggle up to him and he moans, pulling me close to him. I can hear the beat of his heart on my ear and its gentle thup thup thup relaxes me.

"Hey you want to go somewhere today?" Eisuke ask, looking excited but sleepy still.

"Like where?"

"Shopping maybe? But don't tell me Baba has done that too..." Eisuke asks with his eyebrow raised, growling slightly.

"No but I went yesterday... it was what I was doing before you called." I blush.

"Really? Well I think we should go, and then may be go for some food afterward?" he asks hopeful.

"On one condition..." I say quietly and Eisuke's face pales.

"Yeah?"

"We go to Marie's coffee shop, it's the only place that doesn't make me feel ill" I say looking up at him with a serious expression.

He visibly relaxes, agrees and leaves the bed to shower. I get up and change into Eisuke's boxers, my snug jeans but wishing I had another top. Finding his light purple shirt, I put my black tank top on and style into a knot on my stomach. I check my reflection and conclude I look reasonable.

Eisuke comes out of the bathroom and finishes dressing, once in the same room he looks at me with a shocked 'o' residing on his face.

I laugh and he says, "Is that my shirt?"

"Yes, and I'm also wearing your underwear so let's go!" and quickly enter into the suite's living area, avoiding my usual slap on the ass.

I make him his coffee adding lots of milk and three spoons of sugar. He tastes and his face falls into ecstasy, I laugh and remind him I still made him coffee.

"Yes but this is made from love, like my little trooper in there." he says pulling me to towards him with his arm.

"The baby's called Blip Eisuke." I resort.

"Blip?"

"Yes." Eisuke looks confused for a moment awaiting an explanation.

"During the scan the baby just looked like a Blip on the monitor, our little Blip." I explain, smiling with velvet softness at the memory.

"Blip, huh? Okay, sweetheart but we have to give it a proper name when it comes." Eisuke says assertively but I can tell from his expression he loves Blip.

With that we go out, headed for the shopping outlet in Eisuke's new car.

"Fancy..." I reply, laughing slightly.

"Yeah, she's pretty but can really move if need be." he says, putting a hand on my leg while driving.

Soon we entered the shopping outlet, surrounded by busy people going about their day. As I see a businessman I realise:

"Eisuke, what about work?"

"I had a day off." he replies nonchalant.

"You took it off for baby shopping?" I ask delighted. "The boys will tease you unmercifully for this" I say with an evil grin. "Maybe afterwards we could all have dinner?"

"Yes Violet, thank you" he replies, kissing my forehead. As soon as Mercedes is gone he's back from the darkness, he's my husband again. What happens when she comes back? Trying to push the thought away I drag Eisuke into the first store.
