We are not going to have my angelic goalkeeper for 3 to 6 months. Don't judge but I legit cried when I heard this.
Guillermo Allison is a great goalkeeper, but sometimes he's just not... You know.
At first I didn't understand why he had the surgery if it was reported to be just a dislocation. I question the reliability of the medical staff because we've had many problems with players getting injured and getting even more fucked up after visiting the medical staff so I don't know whether to trust them or not.
And I understand that Corona is not the whole team. But he is an important part of the team. Many Cruz Azul fans, including myself, believe that he is already a Cruz Azul legend. It is a tough blow for not only Cruz Azul but la Seleccion.
This season has been filled with us losing important people:
Maza
Crosas
and now Corona.
And even if we do miraculously make it to liguilla, I can't imagine us winning without Corona. I hope he has a fast recovery and comes back on to the field, protecting our goal soon. :'(
