Tyler Seguin arrived at his own house, right after the Stars found out that they had made it into the 2016 NHL Playoffs and were playing the St. Louis Blues. He had gone to Jamie's, while Arielle and a few of the other Stars' wives had gone to Tyler's house to help get her ready for the date. She'd been so excited about it and Tyler felt happy for her.

Tyler was as handsome as ever, wearing a white button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows with simple blue jeans. He reached his own door, which felt a little awkward and rang his own doorbell. Instantly it opened up and he looked up and smiled at her. His breath caught in his throat as he stared at her.

Arielle was beyond gorgeous; angels must exist and I'm sure she is one of them. There's no other explanation. Her bronze curls went pass her waist; her warm deep brown eyes always shined, illuminating the whole room. Her fair creamy skin, her full perfectly shaped lips and her adorable blush always made all the rest of the world seem dim and dull.

Arielle Taylor Reynolds was everything Tyler Seguin would want in a woman.

He couldn't even have imagined feeling like he did, like he does for her. Never thought he'd be eternally grateful to her for anything in his life, but looking at her made him feel like he had to kiss the floor in which she walked on.

Tyler respected her, every single part of her. Not only did he value her, he loved her.

Hmmm, no, not love. Love didn't cover his emotions towards her. He loved hockey, and in some way he would always love the sport, but his feelings for Arielle were far beyond love, beyond lust or adoration. He didn't even know what to name the feelings of the girl that awakened in him, it was like she was a goddess and he was her helpless devotee, like she was a bright light and he, a powerless mosquito.

"Hi Segsy," she said in her melodious perfect voice while flashing her flawless set of teeth.

Tyler always adored the way she smiled at him, and even liked the way she said that ridiculous nickname. He didn't know if it's a way of comeback because of the "Lelly" thing, he thought she liked it.

"Hi Lelly, you look--" He eyed her completely stupefied by how sublime she looked, she was wearing the green dress he'd given her last month. He just loved her in green, it was like looking at a forest muse. And it was Victory Green for his team, the Dallas Stars, who'd made it into the 2016 NHL Playoffs. "Wow..." he lamely added at last, she laughed and blushed lightly.

Luckily she never took anything he said in a bad way. She was so free spirited.

She giggled. "You look really attractive as well Tyler."

Tyler grinned, proud at her appreciation, and reached out his hand to kiss hers in a gentlemanly way like a good man.

"Segs, Seggy, Tylie, Segsy..." he heard her charming voice running through his list of names like he was her pet dog.

"Well, should we get going?" Tyler asked, chuckling.

"Yes." Arielle found she couldn't help but laugh as well.

Damn, she's so gorgeous! Tyler thought to himself. Who is the world would ever turn her down and break her heart? He wasn't much of a fighter, but he would fight for her!

Tyler grabbed her hand and led her to his jeep car and they made their way to one of his - and her - favorite Italian restaurants in Downtown Dallas. They got into his car and drove to the place in a comfortable, yet awkward silence, which was weird because they had pretty much just met. But somehow he felt like he'd known her, his whole life.

At the restaurant, they ordered and then made small talk.

"Arielle, how about we play 20 questions?" Tyler asked, winking flirtatiously at her.

"Sounds fun. Do you want to go first?" she answered.

"Yes unless you want to go first."

"No I think I can let you go first."

"Okay, what's your favorite color?"

She giggled at his simple question, not sure if he was serious. "My favorite color?"

"Yeah we have to start somewhere, don't we?"

"I guess you're right. I don't really have a favorite color, it changes with my mood."

"Well what is it right now?"

"Um...green, Victory Green," she blurted out without thinking much. She remembered his piercing amber eyes and the color of his hockey team. Black and Green. God why did she have to say that of all things?

"Your turn."

"What is your favorite animal?"

"I like them all, but I guess I'd say a dog." Of course.

The night passed pretty much the same way with them learning more about each other. It was nice and comfortable. Just like their first date at the movie theatre.

And at the end, when it was all over, they went back to his house and they walked up hand-in-hand. The current that passed through them earlier was back again.

When they got to the door, she turned to him. "I had a really good time Tyler. I know this is probably weird for you to be dating someone you just met, let alone a fan like me, but I really like you and enjoy spending time and hanging out with you."

"I did too Arielle. I'm really looking forward to the next time we get together. I'd love for you to stay with me, here in Dallas."

"So am I," she answered, as he leaned in. And so did she.

The moment their lips touched, she felt like she was in heaven. Her hands were instantly in his hair while his went around her waist pulling her to him. He slid his tongue across her bottom lip asking for entry and she happily obliged. When the kiss ended they were both gasping for air, but satisfied.

"That was..." she couldn't finish her sentence so he did it for her.

"...Amazing?" he asked.

"Uh-huh," she responded, while nodding. It was their fourth kiss now? They were practically a couple.

He kissed her hand. There was no way she could leave him.

"Tyler, if there is a way I can, I'd like to stay in Dallas...with you," she sighed.

"I'd like that. And I'd love to help you out. I'm sure Cashy and Marshy won't mind either. They could use a mother."

And with that, she walked into Tyler's house with him and they both got ready for bed, all the while thinking about their date. And how amazing all of this was. How lucky was she to be hanging out and going out with a Dallas Star like Tyler Seguin?

It was something only in dreams or fantasies, but here she was living her dream. She was Tyler Seguin's girlfriend!
