Dear Mum,
It's getting closer. It hangs over my head like a guillotine. In approximately one month, that guillotine will snap and I will be dead. I wonder how you feel about this. Will you be glad that your daughter, one that has cost you thousands in medical care, will be gone or will you genuinely be sad. You haven't answered my calls and you haven't visited so I'm going to assume the latter.
