Chapter 17

Genesis *POV*

I woke up to something warm and soft on my lips and cheeks. It felt good, I felt electricity going though my body. I opened my eyes a little to get a view of what was doing that and to my surprise I found Josh. He licked my lips which tingled a little but didn't let him in, just to have some fun lol. He probably already knew I was awake so my snuck his hand in my shirt and created little circles with his finger.

It tickled so I started to burst out laughing. He saw that and said "well good morning, baby" I blush when he said 'baby' I don't know why. "Good morning handsome" I said back and he chuckled. "So we gotta get ready for school" he said as if it was obvious. "Ughhh do we have toooo" I said very lazily. "Yessss we have to, babe" he said mocking me. I gigled and said "fineeee" and got up, took a shower, brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, did my makeup, and put on a white tank top, black and red checkered areopostale (however you spell it lol) shirt on top, dark blue skinny jeans, and red converse.

He was wearing dark blue jeans, and black shirt, and he looked HOT. "Hey handsome" I said giggling a little bit. "Hey beautiful" he said coming to me and hugging me while nibbling on my neck. It felt so good I moaned a little and leaned my head back. "Mmm, Josh were gonna be late" I said barely getting my words out. "Fine" he said and stopped nibbling on my neck. I didn't want him to stop but we couldn't be late. It was our second time not going to school so we kinda couldn't afford to be late. We got in his car and headed to school.

We held hands together when we got in, I saw a bunch of sympathetic looks when they saw me. I wonder why but it was creeping me out. "Uh, Josh why are they giving me sympathetic looks?" I said. He shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know, but we are going to find out" he said bravely. "Wha-" I said but he cut me off and dragged me to some girl, who actually looked pretty, but anyways he asked her "why is everybody giving my girlfriend a sympathetic looks??" In a cold voice.

She hesitated but said "uh didn't you hear?? Um Layla got in a car accident" I was frozen solid when she said Layla and Accident. Josh saw and said "ima get us a pass from school to go see her ok??" I just nodded my head and he said to the girl "what hospital?" "Memorial Hospital" she said in a Duhh tone. We raced to the office, got the pass, and left, speeding to that hospital. I was still frozen solid until we got in the elevator. I stared crying and he let me cry in his shoulder, so I did. "Shhh shhh its okay baby, she's gonna be fine, I promise." He said in a hushed tone. I calmed down and said "pr-promise??" He nodded and said "yes, I promise"

I stopped crying and said "I love you so much, Josh" into his neck he rubbed my back and said "I love you so much too, Genesis, I will always love you" and then the elevator door opened and we ran to her room door and I saw someone I didn't expect to see...
