Well my next day started when my mom came in tears. I took April upstairs for her nap and all the adults went to the living room to talk. She grabbed my hands when I sat in front of her. I squeeze her hands "it's ok" I say to her. "Y - your dad and me are getting divorced" she whispers softy. I stand up and pull away "you can't!"I cry she looks at me with pain in her eyes.
Tears came down my checks, but I pushed them back and tried to be brave for my mom it was her mate. I hug her tightly and say soft words to her. After that she fell asleep and I let her sleep on the couch but I couldn't hold back anymore. I step outside and cry softly my Mamaw and papaw stand at the window watching with sad eyes, but my mate came outside and slid his arms around me.
I turn around and cry in his chest while he said soft words to me. After a while I pulled away whipping the tears off my face. I look up at him "this can't be happening" I say with a sad voice. My phone started ring and I was going to ignore it but I grabbed it and see who was calling.
