Chapter 10 (+A/N!)

I raced down the hall as Dark called us for dinner. I went to go to my spot...but found Warfstache there instead. I froze in fear. This wasn't good

"Uh...excuse me?" I said quietly

He looked down at me with a glare and I shrank back slightly

"What do you want?" he asked grumpily

"I-I...I normally sit there...I just was asking for my s-spot back" I said scared

He ignored me and went back to whatever he was doing

"Come on kid" Dark picked me up "You can sit next to me tonight"

He put me in the empty seat next to him. He dished out my plate of (favorite meal) for me

"Dark we never have this" Warfstache said confused as Dark gave him some

"I-It's my f-favorite meal" I said nervously

Dark shot me a look to be quiet. He went over to me and whispered "Don't make him more mad at you than he already is"

I nodded. Dark ruffled my hair and smiled

"Y/N how long are you going to be staying here?" Warfstache grumbled

"Y/N is going to stay as long as he/she wants, alright?" Dark answered for me

Warfstache's jaw dropped "And he/she is going to use my room the entire time?"

"Warfstache are you still going on about that?" Anti walked in and rolled his eyes "For fuck's sake it's a frickin' room!"

"Yeah but it's mine" he replied

I sneezed a little

"Oh great now he/she's sick. We're all gonna get a disease from that thing" Warfstache growled again

"Yeah maybe he/she's sick of you" Anti muttered

(A/N: WARFSTACHE IS GONNA NEED SOME ICE FOR THAT SICK BURN GOOD JOB ANTI)

"Quit calling Y/N a 'thing'. He/she's a human being just like us. No we're not gonna get a disease from him/her you idiot. Next time you're sick we're gonna put you in frickin' quarantine if you're like that to Y/N" Dark said coming over to me. He felt my forehead and frowned

"Y/N are you cold?" He asked noticing I had my blanket wrapped around me still

I nodded. Dark looked up at Anti

"Anti can you get Google?" Dark asked

Anti went off to get him. I looked at Dark

"Am I gonna be ok?" I asked him afraid

"Y/N you'll be fine. I'm sure you just have a cold" he laughed

Google walked in the kitchen

"Hi Mr. Google" I waved

"Hello Y/N" it replied "Anti informed me you are not feeling alright. Medical scan in progress"

"Kid just hold still" Dark said

There was a few moments of silence before Google said "Scan complete: Y/N has above normal body temperature of 100.6 degrees"

"Is that bad?" I asked

"It just means you're sick. After dinner we'll get you in bed and give you medicine ok?" Anti said

*After dinner*

"Mr. Glitch?" I called quietly

Glitch stuck his head in my doorway "What's up kiddo?"

"Can you get me some more water?" I asked after a small coughing fit

Glitch nodded and took my cup for me "You just rest up ok?"

I nodded and snuggled down in the extra blankets they had given me. My eyelids started to close but I woke up a little as Glitch brought me more water

"You gonna go to sleep?" he asked

I nodded and yawned. Glitch tucked me in and shut the closet. They found a small night-light for me as well which Glitch plugged in for me

"Goodnight kid" Glitch ruffled my hair before turning off the light and walking out

*Glitch POV*

I closed the kid's door and left to go back by the others, only to be met with Warfstache's grumpy face in front of me

"Why'd you forget about me?" he asked

I sighed "You're never here Wilford. We didn't expect you anytime soon so we gave Y/N you're room. That's all I'm gonna say on the subject from now on"

I left him there to grumble and mutter to himself. He was really getting on my nerves, which is surprisingly hard to do.
