Chapter 7

D.O p.o.v

I stayed with Jae for another hour with our manager because it was getting late we had to go home the ride home was silent I stared outside the window thinking of Jae, she was like a little sister to me a sister I never had I was thinking and didn't realise we had already reached our home.

Suho: Where were you bro?
D.O: no where I was just helping the manager
Luhan: for 13 hours?
Manager: stop asking him questions it was nothing you need to know
Sehun: Where is Jae noona?
D.O: she's sleeping over a friends today
Lay: Why?
Manager: Enough question go to sleep it's late and D.O remember I will be coming to get you tomorrow
D.O: yes sir

The manager left and I was bombarded with questions again I was to tired to even answer them so I just ignored the questions and went to my room once my head felt the soft touch of my pillow I instantly fell asleep.

Chen p.o.v

Once D.O came home we asked him questions about where he went and where was Jae, the manager told him he was going somewhere tomorrow we all wondered where but he wouldn't tell us he walked staright in his room I'm guessing he was tired so we just let him be. The next morning we all woke up and got ready to go practice but D.O didn't come with us since he has something important to do we all left while D.O stayed home.

Jae p.o.v

I woke up in a white room there were cables connected to me, how did I get here? I tried to sit up but my legs were still what's happening to me? I kept trying and trying eventually I gave up after I think about 30 minutes my uncle and a cute boy entered the room

D.O ( cute boy jae was talking about): Hey Jae
Jae: Who are you?
D.O: I'm D.O
Jae: How did I get here? And what happened to my legs?
D.O: We don't know only you know what happened
Jae: oh, when do I get to go home?
Manager: you can come home now
Jae: ok

A nurse came in and helped me get into a wheel chair since I can't walk and helped me get changed after I finish my uncle and D.O take me to a house that oddly looks familair but I couldn't remember D.O and my uncle take me inside the house and take me to a room I look on the walk and see me and my bestfriend name I wonder where he is so I asked my uncle

Jae: Uncle where is Joon
Uncle: um uh he is uh in hospital
Jae: What happened can we go see him?
D.O: Jae you can't today but maybe tomorrow I'll take you
Jae:ok
D.O: now rest I'll bring food for you to eat
Jae: yes mum
Uncle/Manager: D.O come out now I need to talk to you
D.O: Yes sir

D.O and my uncle leaves the room I sit on my bed bored with nothing to do I try to remember but I can't remember anything D.O comes in a while layer with porridge. I finish eaging so I ask D.O to take me to the park I get in my wheel chair simply since the nurse taught me how D.O wheels me to the park I see kids play around, running and laughing. My head starts hurting so D.O takes me home he tells me to rest.

Kai p.o.v

We get home from practice we were all exhausted and hungry so when we got close our house I could smell food so I quickly ran inside and see food on the table I start to eat a few sconds later everyone comes in and eats with me we finished eating and it was Lay's tuen to do the dishes so we all went to our room.

D.O p.o.v

While the boys ares eating I'm thinking about what the manager said to me he wanted EXO to take a break and go to school we could also learn and protect her it means I have to break the news for the guys I don't know how I'll explain what happened to her I'm sitting in her room right now waiting for her to wake up she wakes up and snaps me out of my thought

Jae: D.O earth to D.O
D.O: oh your awake you hungry?
Jae: Yes I am but can I eat in the kitchen I don't wanna be stuck in here
D.O: alright lets go

I wheel Jae out of the room and see that all the boys were finish eating I wheel Jae over to the table and see Lay doing the dishes I walk over and grab a bowl and pour porridge in to give Jae I set the bowl in front of her she stats eating all of a sudden everyone comes out of their room Jae doesn't notice because her back is facing everyone then they all shout

All(except D.O): JAE YOUR BACK!

She wheels herself over to me and hide behind me she tugs on my shirt and won't let me go I calm her down by stroking her hair the others look over at her confused she whispers to me

Jae: who are they?
D.O: don't worry they won't hurt you their out friends
Jae: ok
Suho: What happened?
D.O: umm uh I'll explain later
Xiumin: explain yourself now
D.O: Jae come on stop hiding behind me I'll take you to your room
Jae: I don't want to stay here
D.O: don't worry I'll protect you okay?
Jae:*sigh* ok

I wheel her to her room but the others block my way then she grabs my hand and holds it tight and wouldn't let go I kneel down to her and tell her to relax I then took a deep breath and start speaking

D.O: Jae was abused at school so thats why I left practice early last time I ran to get Jae but it was to late she was abused so I took her to the hospital the doctor said she lost her memory and won't be able to remember much also she had broken her spine so she can't walk temporary, she doesn't remember us at all and doesn't remember what happened to her. I also have to tell you that we are on break and starying school again tomorrow.
All: WHAT?!?!
D.O: I gave you an explanation now let me take Jae to her room

They move out of the way and I wheel Jae to her room I was about to leave but she asked me to stay with her so I did I watched her fall asleep evetually I fall asleep with her. The next morning I woke up and checked the time the others would still be asleep right now so I started making breakfast once I finished making breakfast I went into Jae room amd woke her up I helped her get ready for school then took her to eat breakfast while she was eating I went into my room and grabbed out the school uniform the manager bought us yesterday I put them all in every one closet I got changed and headed to the kitchen I started eating soon after everyone comes to the kicthen still in there pyjamas

D.O:Yah hurry up and go change you guys have 20 minutes
Kris: We will after we eat breakfast

They all eat and get changed I hold onto mine and Jae's bag since she still doesn't want to hang around with the others we get in our van the driver takes us to school there are security guards waiting for us as soon as we step off our van a bunch of girls come running at us but the guards block them away, we already recieved our schedules Suho, Luhan, Sehun and I all have classes with Jae but in 5th and 6th Luhan and Sehun are only with her I know that she won't like it very much since she still hasn't trust them yet.

We all go our classes being surrounded by girls but we managed to get to class I sit beside Jae since she wouldn't want to sit with anyone else the others sit around her Sehun in front, Luhan behind and Suho and I sit beside her (seating below)

Soon the teached comes in we start to do work until lunch finally I was so hungry I packed my things getting ready to go to lunch but because Jae, Luhan and Suho were still packing I had to wait for them to finsih but when Jae was done I wheeled her straight out leaving the hyungs and maknae inside the class I was just to hungry to even wait for them. We reached the cafeteria, then 3 boys came up to us.

D.O wheeled me out of the class leaving the others behind we reached the cafeteria when 3 boys came up to us they were oddly familiar I tried remembering suddenly my head started hurting like crazy.
