For those who can't see the writing:

1. Draw the wing base (any way you want in the pic)
2. Add the fingers/spikes at the end of each wing/the tail, start from the middle and draw like a long leaf shape
3. Add on the veins/diamond shapes, diamond goes on the part on the back of the wings and the veins go on the front
4. You're done! Clean up stray lines and start refining the wing/tail

(My writing and spelling is different in the pic cause I suck at spelling)
