If you think I look sad or depressed, I don't want to hear "are you okay?" Or "what's wrong?" because I probably won't tell you, and if I do, it won't cheer me up. I want to hear "you look good today" or "I like your shirt" because If I am sad or depressed, that's what will cheer me up. Even if it's all lies.
