The international day of sound. A day to celebrate the millions and millions of countless songs and melodies that have ever been made. From the most recent hits to the first pattern of beating on rocks created by cavemen. Every melody and harmony, both recorded and unrecorded, echoing through the air for the delight of everyone to hear would be considered one of the loudest days on the planet of Earth. Not everyone was alright with this rather loud noise, but for the most part, everyone supported this day, dancing and singing to the music that played.

In Cloud 9 City, a peaceful yet popularly attractive city with happy townsfolk and spirit that's located on the south eastern side of Canada, There was a boy who was quite excited about today. Being a musician himself, he craves for everyone to embrace music like he does. He looked down at the city streets below him. The festivities were already beginning. Even though this holiday only lasted for a day, there were a lot of people willing to celebrate it for a week, or two, or even a month. He let out a light chuckle as the wind blew through his brown, spiky hair and black wolf ears. From first glance, he seemed to be a teenager, a mere fifteen years of age, or so it seems. "What a day, isn't it..." He said aloud, standing on top of a giant float shaped like a quarter note. "No matter how many times it comes by, I never get tired of it.." He said, sitting down on the float. He was a slender, pale-skinned male that wore a dark green sweater, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers. He had the ears of a human too, of course, but they were covered by his hair. His right ear, in particular, had an earring with a symbol of a Raccoon on it. "It's such a cool holiday, isn't it Coonie.."

The earring twinkled once, then become engulfed in a ball of orange and red fire that detached from Tobi's ear and onto his right shoulder. The ball would disperse, exposing a brown and black-striped raccoon plush sitting on his shoulder. The plushie made sort of an odd noise in agreement to Tobi's statement. It sounded like a low-toned cow of some sorts. A soft, low-toned cow. The doll was alive, so alive that it was constantly mistaken for an actual raccoon.

Tobi laughed a bit. " Yep.." He looked dead down below, this time looking at some of his friends. " Even the guys wanna pitch in, too," He said, looking behind him and seeing all kinds of floats lined up behind his. There was a float in the shape of the sun, and another in the shape of a book, and another in the shape of a battle axe. way in the back, though, was one of a cardboard box. "Oi, Biri," He said out loud again. " You're seriously not planning to sleep through the entire day, are you?" He looked over to his lower back, tapping on it lightly. The raccoon doll named Coonie crawled into Tobi's sweater and into his belly button. Tobi's anatomy was quite strange; his belly button sort of acted like a natural pocket, able to fit an abundant load of things into it. His belly button also acts like a sanctuary, a chill spot, for Coonie and his friend. He found the yellow eel with green scales sleeping soundly, a series of visible, white 'Zzz's' flying from him. "Um...Coonie.... Try to be careful waking him up this ti---" Tobi screamed as he nearly fell over the float, his body leaning back and forth quickly as the sounds of pots crashing, lightning zapping, and glass breaking from his stomach. " Hey! I said be careful!" He said, closing his eyes and whining.

A trail of blue lightning would appear from Tobi's lower back, fizzling and crackling. The lightning would manifest into the shape of a reptile that would manifest from Tobi's back. The trail was somewhat long, stopping at Tobi's lower back. The lightning solidified into Biri, the eel with a red bump on his head given by Coonie, who crawled out of Tobi's belly button and back onto his shoulder. "Well, at least he's awake..." Tobi said, smiling nervously. "Sorry, Biri. I know how much you need your beauty sleep, but... Come on!" He said as he looked at the eel, thrusting his arm out in front of him. " Don't you know what today is?"

The eel rolled its eyes and nodded, making an unintelligible noise itself. The eel wagged itself side to side, acting as a tail for Tobi. "Skkkaa~?" "Yep, Today is the day!" He said with a smile. He took in a deep breath, strings of wind entering his mouth, causing his cheeks to puff up. He then yelled, releasing the wind. " Happy Day of Sound, Cloud 9 City!!" The scream released ripples of circular rings that traveled through the city in front of Tobi, letting the entire city hear his voice As the residents of the city looked up in awe, smiling at the wish of happy holidays, One of Tobi's friends yelled up at him in a British accent. "Master! Do you mind being a little quieter? " It said in a sophisticated manner. " I know how much you love this holiday, but even still, there are people out there who would rather live out their days in silence!"
