A cry for help.
The danger she was in.
Alone and scared.
Running from her capture.

Lost in miles of trees and leaves.
She has no idea where she is.
"Oh Sarah. Come on back"
His voice travelled through the woods.

Every second felt like forever.
As her cries grew louder,
The closer his footsteps became.
Boom! Boom! Bullets are fired.

Little Sarah scared and screaming.
But no one seems to hear her.
Trapped in the abyss of these woods.
The woods where he is.

Slowly her screams faded away.
As he carried he back where she belonged.
Trapped between him and the dead end.

The product of rape, abuse, and death.
Little Sarah is slowly forgotten.
Forever gone. Never to be seen again.
