Dear Diary,

I couldn't look any of my family in the eye today, knowing that i'm responsible for the murders. I found bloodstained clothes chucked under my bed - the evidence too clear to ignore.

I don't believe that I am asleep during the murders - the notion is too absurd. My insecurity must be linked to the violence.
