                          21st December
                          I put sleeping tablet's in my sister's drink last night. I let slip that i'd done so to her in the hope that she'd show some emotion - it worked. Now she's angry at me but that's better than feeling nothing?
                          I wish I could enjoy my birthday but with this hanging over me I can't.
