My Superhero

My superhero is in the sky
My superhero is without demise
My superhero does reply

He doesn't have a cape
Even though he beat the snake
He doesn't have a specific power
But yet the evil still cowers

He can do anything he wishes
It isn't superstition

My superhero died on a cross
But rose again
The enemy has lost

"Nails couldn't keep you down
The grave couldn't keep you in
Hell couldn't keep you out
You reign"

Even though my superhero doesn't have a cape,
He still beat the snake.

Okay so I'm sure you recognized that there were quotation marks (" ") in one of the verses. The reason for that is because that part was from a song called Higher by the band called Worth Dying For.
