Michael and Nicole walked back in the living room, happily smiling at each other.

Joseph smiled at Nicole and she gave him a kind smile back.

"Hello, Nicole." He said.

"Hi." She said and grabbed Michael's hand.

Katherine was glaring at her and Nicole could feel it.

Michael tied his hair back and looked at Katherine. He sighed and mouthed 'sorry'.

Considering Katherine is a Jehovah's Witness, having sex before marriage and having children out of wedlock is a sin. Which Michael and Nicole have both done. Plus, he's still married and conducting in adultery.

Nicole jabbed him in his ribs and he sucked in a deep, painful breath.

"We're going to head out." Michael said and picked up Shay. "Say bye."

Shay and Junior waved bye and Nicole said it, too.

"Baby, what's wrong?" Nicole asked, softly.

"I'm going to hell." He said and kept his eyes on the road.

"You're not, everyone sins. My parents aren't happy about what we're doing, but we're happy." She said.

Michael looked at her and smiled.

"I love you." He said.

She lean over and kissed his cheek.
